Perfect location, comfortable and clean bedding, welcoming and accommodating host. Good stay.

Perfect location, safe secure and undercover parking, good comfortable space and welcoming host.

Just the bathroom really. It had mould in places and the shower needs to be attended to, it floods (points to clogging). Needs new silicone, beading and replacing door lining. Also needs a good bleaching all round.

Aaron helped us solve the internet issue. Booking in went well, safe parking on the property. Location is great, close to restaurants and shops. Will book here again.

Nice place to stay in Cape Town

The place is in a secure area with Cameras and security systems. The care taker Aaron is always present to help and guide. He helped in getting us adapter plugs and several things. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are spacious and the beds are good and clean. The owner-Steven was also present always on what’s app to guide and help. Thanks

There is no AC. The second room - that is in front needs some care and upgrades. The room needs some dark curtains. The fan was not working unless the light was on. Thanks to Aaron- care taker he removed the light bulb from the fan.

Easy in and out. Safe parking for big vehicles. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Really enjoyed my stay. The place was spacious, very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s also a great coffee shop just down the street on the corner that I’d highly recommend.

Poor. Cannot sleep from heat and noise

Great location. Right next to coast and nice brunch place nearby

- in one of the rooms the fan ONLY works when the light is on. That means we had to sleep with the light on!!! Never seen such a thing - very noisy neighbourhood and thin walls. There was construction outside and upstairs. Room right next to a busy road - the second room is very poor quality - nothing in bathroom to wash with - a bit dirty

Great location, very nice and safe area with lots of cafes, beautiful garden and ocean walking distance away! Comfy beds, good towels. Dee, the housekeeping lady, ensuted smooth late check-in and was there for us during our stay. A hairdrier, heater and toiletteries were missing but we got them when we asked. Overall, great value for money, thank you!

The bathroom needs some renovation, our floor was a bit flooded on the last night.

Super stay in Greenpoint

The lady who met us, Dee, lives nearby and was super helpful, friendly and professional. The flat was very quiet and comfortable for our family of four and had excellent secure parking. Location excellent for visiting the V&A Waterfront.

The stove is missing the temperature indicators.

The hostess, Dee, was excellent and the location was just perfect for us - everything is walking distance (seaside and v&a, plus near main walking routes and supermarkets). It was nice to have the space with a young family and be able to use the kitchen. The open plan kitchen and lounge was very practical for us. Car parking and security was great. Dee was so helpful.

I’d have liked some cleaning supplies to ensure we kept the place nice. We bought some but for more convenience, great to have it all available. Not a deal breaker but annoying to buy it all for a short stay.

It is close to everything, really well equipped and comfortable. Dee was extremely accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay again when visiting Cape Town.

Washing long hair in the shower is a bit of a challenge because the hot water runs out quickly - luckily the days were hot. In winter it might be quite chilly.

Comfortable except when 38 degrees outside.

The location was great.

The fan in the main bedroom did not work. It was 38 degrees and no other fan was available. The east bedroom is in need of blinds as that room became boiling hot from early morning and no fan was available. The apartment was extremely hot as it is on the top floor. The bathroom needs a hand towel rail closer to the basin.

Great location, easy communication and pick up of the keys. Steven wasn’t around but he made sure his helper Dee handed us the key upon arrival. She was always available and super helpful. Definitely recommended, very clean and spacious plus affordable for this location.

Great apartment, well located

Great location. Dee was very helpful. Good sized apartment with parking. Close to cafés for breakfast. En-suite was useful.

Living room a bit dark. Neighbours a bit noisy both nights but quietened down eventually. But overall we were very happy.

Disappointing and poor value

The check-in process was easy and Dee was friendly and efficient. The apartment was clean.There is a secure parking space at the rear of the property.

The living area was dark and dingy with no external windows and little natural light. The apartment was sparsely furnished with the bare minimum of furniture, including 2 very uncomfortable beds and sofas. The only other seating option was the equally uncomfortable bar stools at the breakfast bar (not the ones in the picture). The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils, e.g. Apart from the 4 piece cutlery set there was only one broken and blunt carving knife, so difficult to even cut a slice of bread..There are 4 flights of steps to reach the apartment (no lift in the building) so not suitable if you have mobility problems. The only provision for load shedding is a small rechargeable lamp. We were relieved that our stay was short, and won't be returning.

Short but very pleasant

We only spent one night here, but it was clean, comfortable and a great location. The apartment was nicely decorated and the hosts were helpful and quick to communicate all necessary information.

Very little to dislike. Checkout could have been a little smoother as we had to once again co-ordinate a key pick-up and the lady got tied up at one of the other apartments, but it was resolved easily enough and wasn't a big issue.

We were not able to stay as the host wasn't willing to go the extra mile to let us in after we paid.

I was not able to like anything as the host was in JHB and told me I was not able to get into the place as his housekeeper has already gone to bed. According to the host his system was not supposed to accept our booking, however we were able to make the booking. I even gave him my arrival time.

The was the host handled the situation was very poor to say the least. My friends and I had to find a place to sleep, luckily another friend was able to accommodate us for the evening.

The manager and owner were extremely helpful. The manager responded almost instantly to WhatsApp messages. We were away traveling for a few days and the manager stored our excess luggage.The owner kindly spent almost an hour of his (and his son's) time to arrange us pizzas, which were delicious! The location is the best, near the Waterfront and other attractions. There is a secure parking for anyone who brings a car. The apartments are spacious. When I'm next in Cape Town I'll definitely try to stay thhere again.

He first apartment we stayed in had a really old sofa which could do with re-upholstering.
