I am not recommended this property until they change the behave of host and renovate the property

Nothing to like Very terrible not recommended at all any guest we tried to understand, but we are not understanding how people giving them some good experience

First of all when we reach, they don’t have anybody to welcome you and you will stay outside without unlock the gate Secondly, after anyhow, you managed to talk to the property the manual is too big to read some new person. They don’t understand how to unlock the gate. Third parking it’s not there at all and you will not manage to sleep because of your car is outside the yard Also, they told us when we reach. They said they make us parking when we go there. They say you have to come with a small car. I don’t understand that situation. Fourth, when you get inside the house it’s so terrible dirty and in the pictures this is Swimming Swimming Pool is available, but they don’t have any swimming pool Fifth the house is not cleaned. All the things is damaged is a very old house on the picture. It looks new but everything is old. You can’t even manage to make any plan. According to the pictures always look perfect, but the rooms also difficult areas some in the basement some in the backside only one room which is suitable to stay Very congested area And when you reach there when you start staying, anyhow, you will find a lot of inconveniency from the Mr. Gaone are fighting like we are staying on the jail And most inconvenience we face I can see on the Booking.com is deposit. I never pay any deposit any another property. Look like everything is fake on the bookings specially this property. I’m using Booking.com almost now 10 years and never had any issues but this is the first property. I got many issues. I don’t know because of the luck or because of the property. Well, best of luck please don’t behave with Customer approach nicely, please we are not crooks I’m not recommending until they change those issues regarding the behavior of the host and the properties too old. They have a lot of maintenance. Everything is broken.

Loved the location, the views, the open plan. It felt like home!

Felt a little dated. Some of the finishing were a bit tired (blinds in the main room were falling apart, and some mould on walls). The couch in the lounge area was a tad uncomfortable - padding on the one side was old and you could feel the wood support. Needs a little painting on the walls - mainly outside.

The place was ideal for our trip

Location was ideal, spacious property with plenty of rooms. The house was surprisingly quiet and had a decent view of the ocean and Green Point area. Hosts were very helpful and provided very useful information on current events in the city.

Parking was tight. But we were warned about this in advance. A good stereo would've been great for entertainment and while using the braai.
