"Liberty" was very helpful on arrival. Also supplied us with some rusks on day 2 ... thanks
- overall the accommodation was comfortable, functional and well kitted out with a full size fridge, microwave, TV with Netflix etc
WiFi was intermittent and had a relatively poor signal. Did not work well when sitting outside
- water problems with shower. ... possible airlock caused it to splutter in the morning, with variable water pressure from zero to full blast

Lovely old building converted into a huge suite of rooms , which we were upgraded to ( we had booked two separate cottages) very comfortable and with the added bonus of air conditioning on a 36’c weekend! Lots of space , large bedrooms with a massive bathroom with bespoke shower, big kitchen with everything you need plus large lounge & separate dining room.

The Old School House was very conveniently located for the wedding we went to at a wine farm in the area - as away from the congestion of the Stellenbosch town centre. The cottage had all the amenities we needed and with its own garden too. I loved its history and character. Parking was secure and right in front of the cottage. The local cafe for brunch, and also a restaurant were walking distance away and both were superb.
