Location. Very comfortable accommodation relatively close to Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek, Somerset West if you have own transport. Unit is very clean and nice and cool during heatwave in mid-March 2026. Will definitely recommend.
Initially, we thought the nearby train line might be bothersome, but it was not at all.

Quiet and very private stand alone cottage surrounded by vineyards.
The washing machine was great!! Huge fridge and 2 very effective aircons.
Kitchen has everything you might need plus extra that you will not even normally find in a rental appartment.
Luxerious linnen on the beds.
Spacious cottage.
Outside braai.
Under roof parking
Really safe with the alarm system and electric fence.
The first train pass the house around 5 am in the morning and before 7am already 3 have passed the cottage every day. Was not an issue for us as we were already awake.
