Perfect apartment in a great location

The apartment was small but it had everything we needed. The outside space was great since it had a dining table and chairs and a view . Our host Steyn was great, since he answered all our questions before we arrived and checked on us during our stay, to make sure we had everything. The apartment itself was clean but needed decluttering. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The kitchen part had everything we needed for breakfast since we ate out during the day. The location within the Mall was very convenient and safe. Great security. We look forward to our future stay, but will book a double bedroom apartment.

Well equipped, with wonderful views.

It would have been useful to have had a shower in the second bathroom as opposed to just a bath. The second bedroom if on the small side and became very hot, aircon would have made a big difference, there was a free standing fan which did help.

Fantastic central location in Stellenbosch

Steyn did an amazing job, we checked in a bit early and everything was perfect. The outdoor space is bigger than you expect. The onnly downside was we found the Braai cleaning brush was missing, but Steyn apologised and arrived with a replacement the same afternoon. 5* all round

Exceptional 2 bed apartment that exceeded expectations

This 2 bedroom apartment was exceptional. Spacious, very high standard decor and finish, very clean, private, centrally located and highly secure (including private parking), with all the amenities you could want in the apartment. We had a warm welcome from Steyn who gave us clear instructions on WhatsApp and showed us around the property. Everything was perfect- will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Clean, bright, well equipped. Lovely personal small patio. Felt very safe. Central location. Close to an excellent supermarket,chemist etc. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and the prices are very competitive compared with the UK Great welcome from our host who offered us his help should we need it but we didn’t.

A fantastic stay

We loved the location, it was inside a shopping centre so we had access to everything. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Safe location, room was clean and cosy.

We liked everything, one suggestion would be to have a safe deposit box.

Lovely studio in a great location

The location is ideal with easy access to the shopping mall and to the high street with shops, restaurants and galleries. Has an inverter for back up electricity. Also had air con which was a huge bonus.

The building and location was excellent but our unit number 21 was NOT a 1 bedroom.

It wa in an excellent location. And the space had all the amenities needed.

It was too small for 2 people. It was NOT a 1 bedroom. It was a tiny studio. The bed was too short. The key to the patio was difficult to open the door to give us some space. More realistic pictures should be used in the advert.

The apartment is in a building with excellent security! It is centrally located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in Stellenbosch! Although small, the apartment is well-equipped and laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to Steyn for his proactive communication and being there to hand over the keys and show me the apartment.

It was noisy at night as it is right opposite a bar that was open till late.. but for one night it was bearable.

The shower needs to be looked at. The Shower head needed to be turned down away from the door due to the leaking through the door onto the floor leaving the tiles and mat soaked.

Goeie kommunikasie met verhuurder. Baie sentraal gelee. Reg langs Eikestad Mall, baie gerieflik, maar tog ook stil wanneer ons in die kamer is. Paar tree vanaf Adam Small Ouditorium. Onderdak, veilige parkering. Heerlike buite sitplekkie. Lekker groot yskas vir langer verblyf.

Was not aware it was in a shopping centre and near night clubs. Very noisy evenings. Bad lighting in the bathrooms for make-up application and no place to plug a hairdryer in near a mirror to do one’s hair.

Great stay in the heart of Stellenbosch.

Great location. Very good security. Lovely view. Enclosed balcony. Quality linen. Our host, Steyn, was there to welcome us on arrival and again on departure.

Not enough cutlery. The frying pan needs to be replaced. Bathroom extractor fans were not working and bathroom lighting is very dim. Would be nice if the enclosed balcony had a blind as it gets very hot on warm days.

Perfect 3 nights in Stellenbosch.

Great luxury and safe accommodation with all amenities in the centre of Stellenbosch, and because we were coming to the University it was perfect for us. We did a little sight seeing in the beautiful town too. Perfect parking was a big plus which literally allowed us to walk everywhere.

Central, safe and convenient for over 2 travellers

The location: at the heart of Stellenbosch and right above the main shopping centre, very central and very convenient. It's a 2 bedroom flat with a balcony overlooking the Victoria Street and Stellenbosch mountains, very scenic. It also suits travelers more than 2, there's a dedicated underground car park, very safe and easy. Check-in and key collection is very simple and fast, so is true for check-out and key drop off.

The only downside is the bathrooms ventilation is poor, making the rooms steamy quickly. The entrance to the flat is inside the mall and the mall closes at 10:00, making it a bit difficult for way finding for the flat entrance.
