Great location and safe setting, but the apartment was small, dark, and poorly cleaned.

On the positive side, the location was excellent — right inside a mall, which made everything easily accessible, and we felt very safe throughout our stay.

The apartment itself was disappointing. It was much smaller than expected, lacked natural light, and, unfortunately, was not clean. The level of cleanliness really took away from the overall comfort. With a bit more care and attention to maintenance, this place could be much better given its prime location.

Modern, central flat.

Very nice, modern flat right in the middle of central Stellenbosch. Walk to restaurants & shops. Safe & secure flat. A large underground parking spot, right next to the complex's entrance. Nelius is always an awesome host.

No inverter for load shedding. Recommend load shedding bulbs for the bathrooms & fans for the rooms to use during Eskom's load sheddings. Suggestions: "sand blasting or privacy film" on lower half of the bedroom & kitchen windows, which will allow privacy when curtains & blinds are open during daytime.

L’emplacement , les équipements , la terrasse extérieure , la cuisine, son équipement , machine à laver , lave vaisselle etc On est dans un centre commercial et pas un bruit

Dommage que la machine à café prend les capsules demi rondes , qui ne se trouvent pas dans le centre commercial . (En tous les cas , nous n’en avons pas trouvées) - ça serait bien d’avoir cette information avant notre arrivée. Le lit double 140, trop petit pour 2 mais confortable. D’ailleurs , à noter que la salle de bain est commune à l’espace . Pour la 2eme SDB, il manque la douchette dans la baignoire

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Es war alles was man benötigt vorhanden..

Das Management ist sehr schlecht. Es rentiert sich nicht, sich über etwas zu beklagen, da es offensichtlich niemand interessiert. Nach unserer Anreise stellten wir fest, dass sich die Terassentür nicht schließen lässt. Nach unserer Reklamation kamen 2 Damen vom Reinigungspersonal vorbei. Sie versuchten die Schiebetür mit Gewalt zu schließen. Mal hat es geklappt, meist jedoch nicht. Sie meinten, hier ist es sicher und man müsste nicht abschließen. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir bemerkt, dass Handwerker im Gebäude waren. Am nächsten Morgen mussten wir feststellen, dass kein Wasser zur Verfügung stand. Wir konnten weder duschen, noch die Toilette benutzen. Bei der Nachfrage an der Rezeption sagte man uns, man werde den Gebäudemanager informieren. Kurz nach 11 Uhr stellten wir fest, das Wasser wieder zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben uns über das Verhalten beschwert und, bekamen die Auskunft, sie waren auch nicht informiert. Laut den Handwerkern hätten sie aber Bescheid gewusst. Auf eine weitere Nachfrage erhielten wir nicht mal eine Antwort.

-Parkhausschranken haben teils mit der Karte nicht funktionert. -Wlan funktioniert im Schlafzimmer nicht -Eher oberflächliche Reinigung (Ameisen im Kühlschrank, Staub Couchtisch und unter Sofakissen) -ringhöriges Schlafzimmer zum Gang. -Sitzplatz mit Taubenkot-Problem -Badezimmer ohne Fenster
