Excellent location and we walked everywhere in Central Stellenbosch. Very clean with lovely linen, staff superefficient, lovely veranda for morning coffee or sundowners, highly recommended apartment

Very nicely furnished apartment, secure and safe and well positioned in the centre of down.

Location was prime, making it easy to walk where we needed to be. The apartment was modern and had all the luxuries we needed.

Served its purpose, close to everything and felt a bit of the “vibe” of Stellenbosch. Just a little tight for a busy fam

Close to everything, nice view of the street.

A little too small/compact for us. No extra (second) duvets or duvet covers. No additional refuse bags or instructions on what to do with the trash. Front door handle is really tricky/difficult to turn. When having things in the one hand it is almost impossible to open it. My husband had a hard time with the pillows (I always bring my own with). Aircon in living room did not come on at all, and it was cold.

nice & central apartment, value for money could be better

very nice apartment in the middle of Church Street. loved the balcony to eat outside & enjoy the easy-going energy of Stellenbosch. great hosts who were very quick to reply & help with everything.

second bedroom does only have a window towards the outside corridor making the air quite bad/no natural light - although the AC helps a lot! water pressure in both bathrooms was very low. nice apartment in general but for the price there is definitely better properties in Stellenbosch.

Very central location, great apartment.

The apartment is above a restaurant in the absolute heart of Stellenbosch so you could not get a better location for being right there and easy to get out and about. Very buzzy feel and great to watch life go by from our balcony. The room by the street was noisy but everything goes quiet around 10pm so it didn’t bother us, maybe take earplugs if you want to lie in in the morning though. We had everything we needed, and used the washing machine a lot so that was a big bonus, as was having a car park space in the basement. A great place to stay in Stellenbosch, we’ll be back.

Great place, very well maintained & presented. Problems other than toiletpaper out of hosts control.

Location great. Host communication great. Bedding etc great.

Street very noisy until about 3am - not property fault but a consideration for me if I stay again. Toilet paper was great quality but rolls were very small. I roll per room with little toilet paper on each so we ran out by morning. Parking was difficult, small and tight turns making parking quite challenging. Exit half block by another tennant who had park badly so ended up scraping my car slightly on a pillar to get out.

The location was very good

The one pillow case had mound or something on it, we weee told this will be changed when we leave the facilities were basic and and the shower in the main room was not good During load shedding the inverter could be heard from the lounge area

Great apartment in the centre of Stellenbosch - safe secure underground parking. We have staying in Stellenbosch on many occasions and this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in and will definitely return.

Good

Aircon, lovely beds, decor and linen

Apartment was lovely but sadly the noise level from the restaurant and road was unbearable, we were woken up a few times in early morning by unruly students in the building and even security guards could not control them. Totally understand that we were in the hub of Stellies but be prepared that you will most probably suffer from sleep deprevation. Owners should seriously consider double gazed windows.

Lovely Town centre apartment but noisy

Great central location close to everything. Large comfy beds, great balcony and secure, allocated parking

Very very noisy at night. Several bars right below so noisy til late and then early in the morning when deliveries arrive. Lots of students shouting and chatting in the early hours. Second bedroom, although comfortable, has no natural light. Some of crockery chipped.

Location is perfect for central Stellenbosch, as everything is right on your doorstep. Parking is easy. Apartment is beautifully appointed- it has everything one could wish for, it's very clean, the beds are comfortable and the linen is of excellent quality.

Can be a little noisy, but being in the centre of town one cannot expect no noise.
