Качество и комфорт . Красивое место, красивые апартаменты. Хороший вид из окна. Удобное расположение для прогулок.
Звукоизоляция с улицей (на улице в непосредственной близости рестораны, тусовки до глубокой ночи с музыкой и разговорами). Для тех кто ищет тихое место - эта локация не очень подходит.
