Lovely, comfortable and convenient stay in Stellies.

The location was perfect, very central and within easy walking distance to restuarants, the botanical gardens and the university. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. All the staff, from the receptionist and cleaning staff, to the security guard, were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely come back again.

Great location in a quiet area

The location was amazing. Super central. Lock up and go was easy. Secure parking on site with a security guard overnight. Very quiet at night.

We stayed in room 4 and the air con was extremely noisy and rattled loudly. Looking at other reviews I see it was also a problem and clearly not resolved. We couldn’t sleep with it on and therefore it was hot. The bedding was also stiff as far as hotel bedding goes.

However there are persons begging on route between the establishment and the restaurants. The safe is very small- it can only fit keys/wallet-it is not a standard size.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay.

Easy to collect and drop keys at the hotel not far from the apartments. Parking was off street which is good, with a night security guard. location is very good to get around Stellenbosch, can walk almost everywhere.

The parking although great to be off street was a bit space limited, so if there are more than 3 cars it is a challenge to negotiate. But do-able. The shower in unit 2 did not drain (a temporary problem I am sure)

Perfect location. Walking distance to all attractions, but far away enough from overnight noise

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It is central to all shops and restaurants, yet still one block away from all the overnight noise of church street, making for quiet overnight sleep. The well maintained apartments themselves are reminiscent of old Stellenbosch, with wooden floors and high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen meant we were able to prepare our own meals while avoiding the outside heat with excellent airconditioning they provide. Super friendly staff. Highly recommened. Our first choice for accommodation in Stellenbosch.

Perfect location, home away from home

Centrally located, convenient check-jn/check out. Apartment exactly as described on Booking.com. We rented 2 double rooms and had a spacious kitchen with all the facilities needed, included an espresso machine. Quiet street and a perfect stay. Lovely harden chairs/table and relaxing chairs on both small balconies & 3 steps down into the little garden . Highly recommended and we’ll definitely stay there again. Staff was friendly , helpful, also during the quick check in. Fast communication via email. A special shout-out for Eugene, the night security guard. Helpful, friendly.

Decent place

Location is nice and close to the city center.. Private parking in a dafe place is very nice.. Security guard Eugene is present from 7pm to 7am, a very nice and helpful fella.. Room cleanliness is great..

Not sound proof at all, you can hear everything that moves in the building, so lack of privacy, plus noise from the street is very audible(thankfully the street is generally quiet).. Not very solid locks on neither room door nor the front door, easily broken into if someone wanted to, so a minus on the safety aspect(even though it's nice to have Eugene around at night.. The general state of the house is relatively "worn down", but cozy enough I guess..

2bed was amazing, great space. Comfortable bedrooms and living/kitchen area. The outside seating is a really nice bonus as well. Both hotel staff (5 min walk away, where you collect keys) and night security were lovely. Highly recommend

Excellent location right in the heart of town. Really easy check in process and great and secure parking with an overnight guard. The rooms were fantastic as well -- very clean, comfy, well heated/cooled, very bright too. Awesome spot

Very central location at a good price

Great location, close to sights and many restaurants. The fact that there is parking on site, which is at a premium in this town. Little kitchen that is laid out well, and has most of what one needs to prepare your own food. Enought space to pack away stuff, and table to work at.

Using the sofa bed the person sleeping there had to go through the bedrooms to get to bathroom.

It was easy to get keys from the hotel with a reception that was open fairly late until 10pm I believe. Nice to be greeted by the guard.

Lovely stay with very friendly and helpful hosts.

The staff at the hotel and apartments were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were especially pleased with they way they followed-up after we left an expensive laptop charger in the room. They called us and indicated their procedure for lost and found property.

The photographs on the website made the room appear much bigger than what it was.
