Pavel provided clear instructions ahead of our arrival and it was super easy to get the keys. The place was clean and neat.
Just a short notice if you are a smoker, there is no smoking on the entire premises.
It would have been great to have a few more pillows.

We did not have the breakfast. Did not know it was available.
It's a wonderful apartment. The only problem if elderly guests are staying would be the very steep staircase - but there is not much that can be done in this regard. But overall, the facilities were fantastic,

Thank you for the little chocolate on the bed.
Perhaps you could have a look at the linen for the beds and new, bigger towels for the bathroom. Our towels were very small and had a bad odour to them.
Perhaps thicker duvets for the beds in winter?
Also just to let you know that the hairdryer makes the plug trip in the main bedroom.
