Very good value for money, would definitely book for a short term stay again close to Cape Town center :)

Lots of amenities in and outside the room. Very comfortable beds, spacious & clean shower with soap, shampoo & conditioner. Clean kitchenette stocked with everything you need. Property is beautiful, with lots of gardens and a walking trail.

There’s a lot of noise from the main road which kills the tranquility of the room.

Pleasant but dissapointing

The property was beautiful overall.

We are quite disappointed as we had requested a cot in one of our units with confirmation from the accommodation that it would be there. It was not there when we arrived & no alternative arrangement was made. Later that evening we were apologised to profusely & promised a refund for that night. I have now messaged to ask about this to no avail.

Quiet Cottage stay

Great cottage for what we needed. Rooms were cool and the bedding and beds were extremely comfortable. Very well located close to all that Stellenbosch has to offer. Nice quiet pool was a bonus on the hot days

Wonderful Trip!

The property was very well managed, kept really clean and all the staff members (from management to the security and landscapers) were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was really nice to get a breath of fresh, air away from the city life we're used to. The wildlife and doggo's roaming the farm were definitely a bonus. I would absolutely recommend the accommodation (and the wine!) to everyone and hope to be returning again on our annual trip.

In my honest opinion, there's nothing I can complain about. The trip from beginning to end was really good. The cottages are quite close together and have a semi-shared braai/outdoor area, so if you are looking for absolute privacy, the cottages may not be the best option. (this didn't bother us)

Okay, but I'd probably look for other options if we ever came back to the area.

The size was right for the two of us. Not too noisy, but we could here the people next door.

Was built on a concrete slab that was VERY cold. And there were many gaps in the area rugs, especially on one of the sides of the bed, requiring us to have to walk on the cement. We had a hard time getting the heating to work. I had to call four different numbers before I reached a person. That person sent someone out to figure it out. Also there were only 3 LED lights in the ceiling the the kitchen/sitting area and one (then two) were out. We had told the maintenance person when they looked at the heating, but noone came back to resolve/

Peaceful

Kitchen area and braai facilities. Extra set of towels supplied, which was very useful as no cleaning service and the towels do not dry in time. Emma was very friendly and accommodating.

Aircon did not become warm, but then we did not report it either. No hot water at basin in bathroom. Back unit's braai area is directly behind bedroom of front unit - as nobody was staying there, it was not a problem for us.

Beauty, style ,old world farm yet comfort of this day- and stoep braai , we’re talking gooood stuff!

The setting:the mountains, the trees and green outstretch lawns and the historical buildings -old world charm . Stylish chalets,with super comfy beds and beautiful decor, everything so neat and clean .

The busy road nearby disturbs the peacefulness of the whole scene.

Het was jammer de keuken niet volledig was uitgerust met keukengerei. Je bent dan als je een kamer boekt altijd verplicht om ook te ontbijten.

Agréable séjour

Le cottage est situé à l'intérieur d'un domaine qui est gardé 24h/24 où ils organisent des manifestations privés. L'hébergement avait une chambre avec une salle de bains, une pièce à vivre avec 1 canapé et 1 lit supplémentaire et une petit cuisine équipée. Elle donne sur sur une terrasse équipée avec un BBQ. Agréable pour séjourner 2 nuits, situé à une dizaine de minutes du centre de Stellenbosch

La proximité de tous les hébergements qui sont côte à côte et par allée. Par conséquent, la fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse du logement de derrière. Le 2ème soir, il y avait la fête dans ce logement et ça aurait pu être très bruyant... Heureusement, ils n'ont pas abusé et ont arrêté la musique de bonne heure !

Soggiorno splendido, cottage molto bello in tenuta meravigliosa a 10 minuti di macchina da Stellenbosch!

Appartamento in stile, piccolo ma molto curato ed accogliente. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo e bagno ampio. Cucina fornita di stoviglie. Cottage in una tenuta bellissima, un posto da favola!

Dal lavandino non usciva acqua calda (tiepida) ma nessun intoppo da doccia e lavello cucina.

Für eine Übernachtung für uns (fast) perfekt.

Es war alles sehr sauber und hat in Küche und Bad an nichts gefehlt, wenn man davon absieht, dass am Morgen kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kam. Das Bett ist sehr bequem! Dann noch 2 Tipps: In SA kann man Steckdosen abschalten. Als wir uns einen Kaffee machen wollten, mussten wir erst mal die Steckdose hinter der Microwelle finden. Der Föhn hat einen deutschen Stecker. Die einzige Steckdose dafür ist hinter dem rechten Nachtkästchen (wenn man vor dem Bett steht)

Wir hatten Cottage 2. Der Vorgarten mit Braai ist hübsch gestaltet, allerdings hat man von dort aus absolut keinen Blick, nur auf die Hauswand gegenüber.

Gut für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise.

Modern eingerichtet, funktional

Das Apartment war kleiner als erwartet, aber ausreichend. Wir waren in Cottage Nr. 3. Das ist die zweite Reihe Cottages, die leider direkt hinter der 1. steht. Man schaut also auf die Rückseiten der anderen Cottage. Dazwischen liegt nur ein schmaler Weg. Wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt, hat man keinen freien Blick. Es wirkt etwas eng. Der Grill/Kamin ist eine gute Idee, aber beim Anzünden hat der Wind den Rauch durch den Abzug zurück auf unsere Tereasse gedrückt und es hat wie wild gequalmt. Wir haben das Feuer dann schnell gelöscht und den Herd zum Braten genutzt. Das gesamte Anwesen schien etwas verlassen. Es ist sehr groß und vermutlich eine Eventlocation. Der "Pool" lag sehr versteckt, war klein und sah nicht sehr einladend aus.
