Positiv: Die Wohnung ist auch ohne Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich. Man kann toll kochen, draußen sitzen und einfach die Gegend und den Pool genießen. Alles vom feinstem eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Bett, die Dusche, der Geschirrspüler, eigener Parkplatz alles spitze. Wir konnten auch ohne Probleme etwas länger bleiben, da unser Flug erst am späten Nachmittag ging. Die Anfahrt sehr, sehr abgesichert und wird einem perfekt erklärt. Super netter Kontakt zu der Besitzerin.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, in der Hoffnung, dass wieder kaum andere Gäste vor Ort sind.
Negativ: Wir hatten riesiges Glück, dass wir fast alleine auf dem Anwesend waren und so die Ruhe und den Ausblick genießen konnten. Das Anwesen, worauf sich unter anderen diese kleine Wohnung befindet ist riesig. Sollten tatsächlich alle Häuser und Wohnungen belegt sein und dann evtl. lautere Personen anwesend sein und die Grillstellen oder Pool nutzen, kann es in der tatsächlich sehr nervig sein. Die Wohnung ist mit den Fenstern zum Pool ausgerichtet, so dass man also auf die Disziplin der anderen Abhängig wäre. Es gibt leider kein Mückennetz über dem Bett, was wirklich immer wieder entspannter zum Schlafen wäre und die Toilettenspülung ist überhaupt nicht Toilettenpapier tauglich ;-)

The view from the pool. Bed was comfortable. Note, the Deluxe Apartment we had was named Rare Gem over the doorway,
The pictures of inside the lower ground floor unit do not reflect the darkness we experienced, even with the shutters wide open and the lights on during day time. There was a large gap under the side front door that allowed dust and leaf litter into the kitchen. People using the pool area have a view at eye level into the the rooms through the four white shutters shown in the pool picture. The ceiling height is low, so 1.8m and taller people have to duck going through doorways. bathroom ceiling needs cleaning which the Owner has addressed. People staying above our unit were noisy and the moving of furniture kept us awake.
The process for gaining entry to the estate needs more structure given we had just arrived from overseas and our phone was not connected to a local telephone service provider. We could not find a keypad on the outside of the property so we drove in behind another car. Went to the main car park and called out, no one present. Spoke to a garden at the bottom of the hill only to be told madam is in Natal. Finally made contact and got back on track - rather disconcerting.

Good location. Excellent view from the pool area. Good security. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Coffee machine.
The bathroom needed an extractor fan, as no real ventilation, due to this, there was mould on the ceiling. The pool umbrellas were broken and unusable. Water & essentials in the fridge would have been most welcome, to get us started. No one was there to meet & greet us, which would also have been a nice gesture.
