Amazing house in a fantastic location

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Lots of space and three excellent en-suite double bedrooms. Very secure house and complex in the heart of town, walkable to many bars & restaurants. The highlight of the house for me was the wood fired BBQ. Communication was first class throughout and the video supplied prior to check-in was great.

Lovely house, perfect location and helpful host

The location was perfect, close to stores, resturants and easy to get from A to B. Neighbors were lovely, and the host was helpful with everything we asked for. Felt very secure in the house with cameras and gated area. The rooms were clean and every room had its own bathroom which was perfect for us in a girl group. Would 100% recommend staying here for your visit to Stellenbosch!

Lovely, clean spacious appartment located in a prime spot in Stellenbosch.

Would be perfect if it had a personal touch. Staff very friendly, helpful and quick to reply, but it is all done via the app or phone

very dissapointing

the aircon in one of the rooms leaked & soaked the bed , headboard , sheets etc. We found this at 10 pm . The guests who were sleeping in that room could not sleep there & had to sleep on the couches downstairs. I asked the owners for some sort of compensation due to the fact that we could not use 1 of the rooms. They told me that had I called them that evening they would have changed the linen. The linen was not the issue, it was the soaked mattress & headboard. Very dissapointing attitude from the owners who seem more concerned about their income than the wellbeing of their guests

Loadshedding did prove to be a problem, but the bathrooms and main areas (kitchen, lounge, stairs) have been fitted with chargeable lights, so that was a big help. Bedrooms a little dark, but we managed.

Wonderful apartment that was enjoyed by all three couples that stayed there.

The location was very easy to walk into the restaurants and shops. Security gate and guard made the property safe and we felt comfortable to walk in and out during the day and night.

Great location, but lacks any view.

Great location, very close to Stellenbosch town, but still quiet and secure. There staff were very responsive to our messages and requests, usually responding to a request immediately and acting upon it very quickly.

The apartment is very close to the compound’s boundary wall, and therefore has no view at all! That also makes it very dull. There is no generator or battery, so during load shedding, it is completely without light or power. There is a UPS on the router, so the internet did work.

Pleasant enough if you don't mind no wifi and no hot water

A beautiful and well-furnished place. I appreciated the lovely seating areas and the air-cons in each room.

For the price point of over R4000 per night, there were a few issues that were disappointing. The unnecessarily long (and many) communications and attachments on both email and WhatsApp from 2 different people on finding the place - a simply paragraph describing how to find the place would have been sufficient. The lack of wifi was also communicated after the booking, a few days before arrival. Upon my request, I received instructions on how to access the wifi with with a voucher and pin and code etc. However, this also proved to be frustrating as the network signal is so weak at the place that we could not even enter the code into Chrome. Ended up buying and using our own data so we could catch up on work emails etc. There was no hot water the next day - cold showers all around! The bed in the third room was not comfortable - felt like an old, hard, lumpy mattress. Friends in the other 2 rooms did not have the same experience, so seems to just be the third room. Not having tissues in the tissue boxes was an oversight. Some of the towels were not white anymore - looked old and off colour. No coffee mugs (only small cups). These are certainly not issues one expects to experience for the price point of just over R4000 per night.

Super bien placé et spacieux

L’appart est à 5mn à pied de Church street, rue très animée de Stellenbosh. Il est tres spacieux.

Les chambres auraient pu avoir des rideaux occultants (block out) pour ceux qui veulent faire la grasse-matinée. L'appartement n'a pas de vue exterieure.
