Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Lots of space and three excellent en-suite double bedrooms. Very secure house and complex in the heart of town, walkable to many bars & restaurants. The highlight of the house for me was the wood fired BBQ.
Communication was first class throughout and the video supplied prior to check-in was great.

A beautiful and well-furnished place. I appreciated the lovely seating areas and the air-cons in each room.
For the price point of over R4000 per night, there were a few issues that were disappointing. The unnecessarily long (and many) communications and attachments on both email and WhatsApp from 2 different people on finding the place - a simply paragraph describing how to find the place would have been sufficient.
The lack of wifi was also communicated after the booking, a few days before arrival. Upon my request, I received instructions on how to access the wifi with with a voucher and pin and code etc. However, this also proved to be frustrating as the network signal is so weak at the place that we could not even enter the code into Chrome. Ended up buying and using our own data so we could catch up on work emails etc.
There was no hot water the next day - cold showers all around!
The bed in the third room was not comfortable - felt like an old, hard, lumpy mattress. Friends in the other 2 rooms did not have the same experience, so seems to just be the third room.
Not having tissues in the tissue boxes was an oversight.
Some of the towels were not white anymore - looked old and off colour.
No coffee mugs (only small cups).
These are certainly not issues one expects to experience for the price point of just over R4000 per night.
