Avalon House is a new 4-bedroom, 4-ensuite home inside 24/7 manned security Tweespruit Estate, Stellenbosch. Features include a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, open-plan dining and lounge with 65" smart TV, uncapped Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with large monitor and ergonomic chair. Sleeps 8 adults. Enjoy a private courtyard with braai. Perfect for families, academics and close to top wineries, golf courses, and attractions of the Cape Winelands.

Guests have the full house exlusively to themselves including the backgarden. 5 cars can park offstreet.
