Avalon 4 Bed 4 Bath House in residential security Estate

We had a lovely stay! The four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, made the house incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent — just outside Stellenbosch with easy access to the N1 towards Cape Town, as well as the beautiful scenic routes to Paarl and Franschhoek. You can also continue along the R304 towards Melkbosstrand, which is a stunning drive and a great way to avoid Cape Town city traffic. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Although some may have concerns about the surrounding Cloetesville area, the complex is conveniently situated just off the main R304, so there is no need to drive through the suburb. We felt completely safe during our stay. A special mention to the host — I accidentally left some belongings behind, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was safely returned to me. Wonderful hospitality and greatly appreciated!

Clean, comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was a win

Small lounge area for 6 people but very neat and comfortable

House was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. The area is nice and quiet. This is ideal for business stays with 4 on-suite bedrooms. Easy to get access into town.
