Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff members were most friendly and helpful.

Well located yet quiet and peaceful, but transport necessary. Lovely clean pool area. Extremely good breakfast especially the eggs Benedict. Good, spacious parking, restaurant on site and wine estate next door. Resident domestic cats were very friendly and visited us regularly which we loved. Suzette was always on hand to help with everything. We hope to return.

White bath towels (no longer white!) should be replaced.

A wonderful place to stay

The Vine is a lovely relaxed place to stay and not far from lovely restaurants

Nice stay but could be much better.

Lovely grounds and outside spaces. Reasonable restaurant on site. Breakfast was very good. Ample Car parking.

The pool was left with a cleaning hose working so we couldn't use it. The room was not up to the standard of the outside spaces and could certainly benefit from a refresh.

The mattress was a bit worn out, but the staff made sure they changed it, our second evening we had a great sleep.

We enjoyed our stay, we'd book again!

The breakfast was amazing. It was always a great start to my day because of how delicious everything was. The staff were also friendly, always served us with a smile.

The tennis court was being painted during our stay, we couldn't use it. It was one of the reasons we booked, so that we could play tennis.

The pool was clean and great, the breakfast was delicious and clean area and tasty The rooms were clean and nice The beds are big and comfortable The restaurant is very nearby I would book it again.

The bathrooms, I wish the taps had combined hot and cold outlet.. especially by the basin. I wish there was free water given for making tea or coffee. Booking.com made me pay extra for wifi and parking, only to find out that both of those things are included for free.. and did not really get a refund.

Room was clean, spacious and had everything we could want. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the location was quiet and beautiful. Staff were very friendly!

The overall photos are a bit misleading as too is the name… not on a wine estate or countryside but off a major road and outdoor facilities in need of TLC. Especially the tennis court.

Would not be my choice for nxt visit to the area.

Comfotable bed, stocked mini-fridge, good bathroom, good coffee machine and fridge, good aircon. Gardens and surrounds. Secure parking.

Key to open room malfunctioned on multiple occasions leaving me locked out of my room on multiple occasions. No assistance with luggage despite having reduced mobility at the time. No one present at reception desk on arrival, internal phone to call for assistance not working. Furnishings a little "tired".

Not as expected.

The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. The lady that cooked our meal each morning was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for two nights and paid for the upgraded room. Unfortunately for us, the downstairs heater did not work at all and the same story with the upstairs tv. Considering that the evenings were cold and raining, we did not expect or pay for a unit without heating. Our room was dated, especially the downstairs bathroom. There were bird droppings on the sliding doors when we arrived, not ideal considering that the view of the pool area was the main drawcard. We feel as though these units and gardens are being let down and some serious upgrades and money spent, definitely in need of some TLC.

The room was so charming,even the facilities were great ! And the saddle restaurant was the highlight of our stay !

I do understand that all properties are different but perhaps they could include face cloths,gowns and slippers as part of the amenities. Even the size of the amenities in the bathroom.

Comfortable stay that was good value for the rate paid.

Breakfast was good offering cold and hot options. Really enjoyed the gardens that contained fruit trees which attracted different birds. Well maintained pool and tennis court provided ample leisure activity.

Breakfast was amazing, bed was incredibly comfy and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Wifi was also accessible with a good connection and the location is great.

Our hot water didn't work the last day, but assume loadshedding had something to do with it.

Superb

Breakfast constitues a buffet, with a hot option. Food is freshly prepared, daily. Despite it being winter, the pool was well maintained and the water clear. The room was spacious, well equiped; and the hosts went out of their way to meet our requests and requirements.
