Clean apartment not a great location

It is modern and clean

The location is ontop of a shopping mall, which is nor disclosed in the advert. There is a lot of noise from the street, with rif raf ha ging around. Although the apartment is secure it is not comfortable snd secure walking along that section if Andringa street at night

Perfect location, not ideal for family with small kids.

The location was perfect. We needed to be close to the university. Having an apartment in the Eikestad Mall was very convenient and it is in walking distance of excellent restaurants nearby.

This apartment complex is not ideal for small kids, seeing that there are no facilities in the complex where they can run or play.

Terrible, host was rude and confrontational and the place was bare bones of what qualifies as a BnB…

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this stay was beyond disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there was no one to greet us, and when we finally interacted with the host, they had no idea we were even staying there. Instead of a warm welcome, we were met with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude. For the price, you’d expect at least the basics—spare blankets, coffee, tea, or even just minimal essentials. Instead, there was nothing. Not even a hairdryer or soap in the shower. It felt like zero effort was put into making the space guest-friendly. The cords under the TV were just shoved there in a tangled mess, making the place feel even more neglected. To top it off, the host was downright rude, yelling at staff over an issue that wasn’t even their fault and making assumptions instead of simply asking questions. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and honestly, it ruined our stay. The furnishings were okay—nothing special, just enough to function—but that’s about the only neutral thing I can say. Given the poor service and complete lack of hospitality, I have half a mind to ask for a refund for the stay. It was that bad. Save your money and book literally anywhere else. Would not recommend.

Very Convenient, Modern and Secure Apartment

Very convenient location above the mall with easy walk to central Stellenbosch. Modern clean and neat apartment. Very secure access control. Would definitely stay again!

Very little! Only small downside was although the apartment has air conditioning, the second bedroom does not. Way around that is to keep all doors open and create cool airflow into that bedroom on the hot nights.
