Great location and quiet despite being central to everything in town.

Location is wonderful. Central to everything. The apartment is beautifully done and kitchen has all you need.

The fan in the second bedroom did not work and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Brilliant location and modern flat made for a very comfortable stay!

The location was excellent! In the heart of Stellenbosch town. The apartment is newly renovated so top class finishes and modern amenities. The air conditioning was a great help when the temperature hit 30 degrees plus!

The bathroom while very modern and new was too cramped. Amenities didn’t fit the size so made for difficult entry and exit.

The apartment was comfortably furnished with everything we needed for our week-long stay. Conveniently located withing walking distance to main streets and shopping centre.

Our stay was lovely, but I would really recommend aircons in the two rooms. If you could add Aircons, this will be our preferred stay when visiting Stellenbosch. Also an extra pair of keys for the kids in extra room or a way in later at night when we are asleep

Not the best stay in Stellies

Walking distance to everything in town.

Safe parking is a big challenge and not available at the lot next door as advertised. We had no working toilet for 4 days and the bathroom light was not working. Unfortunately, the rental agent is too busy with other properties to attend to. We were promised a reimbursement, but just like the maintenance it has been forgotten. There are homeless people sleeping at the entrance at night. They appear to be harmless so don’t be alarmed.

Our stay was short and convenient with the excellent central location and the easy "lock up and go."

I appreciated the collection of the keys and the tour on arrival. The available necessities like the chargeable lights, television and coffee machine were great. I was very satisfied with the stocked kitchen.

The loadshedding was at very inconvenient times, but I know that is beyond the host's control. We were out late at night and were confronted with a man sleeping in front of the gate. He did not try to enter the building or speak to us so we still felt safe.

It is in the centre of the city and you can get anywhere from there. It was clean, and landlady was very friendly and helpful.

Small, yet comfortable

Small, yet comfortable self catering accommodation that’s privately owned and centrally located. Aircon in open plan kitchen/living room was awesome. Great and friendly communication with rental agent. Ideal for people who would like to explore the Stellenbosch area. Hints: Walking distance from De Warenmarkt Restaurant which serves the most wonderful food, especially useful for breakfast. We used Centurion Taxi Service from the Airport as well as Uber and parking in the area next door was easy even though the apartment doesn’t offer parking.

Hints: Plan meals and day trips, etc ahead to avoid loadshedding in the apartment, although the apartment had camping lamps to use. Ceiling fan in the one room seemed unstable which was a shame at night when it was very warm. Additional cleaning fee wasn’t clear from the start.

bathroom too small. Terrible shower and lack of parking was a big problem. one set of keys to get through all the doors. arriving to no normal tea in the room after a long journey was disappointing. for older people or someone like me who just had surgery the bathroom is a problem.

Great comfortable stay in the heart of Stellenbosch

The aircon in the open area was a life saver. Great location, comfortable beds. Clean and tidy apartment.

Had problems with one of the keys which seems to be worn out, so open the access door can be challenging. The trap door to the ceiling in the bathroom is very light and loose, can be a disturbance when there is wind or opening and closing the bathroom door.
