    Good location. Close to most of Cape Towns attractions. Many cafe's, bars and shopping close by. Nice spacious , modern new apartments. Free parking, with direct acces to apartment via elevator.

    Check in was no problem, the main issue is the terrible smell coming through the airconditioning unit.

    The room was a good size and well laid out. We had paid for a room with a large balcony and it was indeed spacious. However, we were on the second floor and the fact that there were 10 lanes of traffic outside meant that sitting on the balcony was not a pleasant experience. Additionally the noise continued all through the night meaning broken sleep. We had raised the idea of a higher floor before, and on arrival, but were advised nothing else was available - be aware of the noise issue when booking this type of room. The aircon unit in the bedroom sounded like a plane taking off - again not conducive to a good nights sleep. The V&A waterfront is a 20 minute walk (beware of scammers at the traffic lights!) but there were several restaurants much nearer to the apartments which was a definite bonus. Secure parking, a pool, and a restaurant (which we didn’t try) were also useful facilities and daily housekeeping was also an unexpected bonus.

    With the location being on the main road you need to be ready to deal with the noise from the traffic. Also the window in the bedroom doesn’t have a lace so we had to keep the blinds down the entire time. The overall service and amenities were good .

    Great location and kitchen was great. No warning re: water issues. Toilet did not flush for over 24 hours. Parkade very tight .

    This was my first time there and very disappointing. It was a 6-night stay. The day I checked-in the room was not ready; bed linen and bath towels were missing. I left the property for 4 hours and when I got back things were not sorted. On the 4th day the room was not cleaned by 5.30 pm which made me wait for 1 hour before I could enter the room again; I had left the used towels on the floor to be replaced, and the cleaner hanged it up again. On the 5th day I left the used towels on the floor again and the cleaner ignored them there. On the 6th day the room was not cleaned at all even though I was out from 1pm to 9pm. I kept reporting all concerns and staff kept apologizing but no different approach was taken. Very bad customer service not matching the property high standards and perfect location.
