I didn’t like the communication between Booking.com and the owner
The reason is because when we arrived the owner was not even aware that we made the booking and that shook me yet I’ve made booking 3 weeks ago otherwise the place was good

Loved the amount of space the unit had and that it had amenities like a washing machine and stove and oven. Modern design of the space.
Was waiting for 20 minutes to access the property even though I informed the host what time we would be there. Staff could have communicated better regarding the delay.
