GOOD STAY BUT BASIC

The furnishings are nice and modern.

We were under the impression the flat had a balcony, it seemed we looked at the wrong pictures. The shower is leaking. The stove top is grimy. Utensils are lacking, no corkscrew or bottle opener, not enough cutlery or crockery. We thought the studio was over priced.

The staff is polite and helpful; Karin is the best!

I have been staying there for many years; I know what to expect. Awesome views, good restaurants near bye.

This place needs constant maintenance. They take the bulbs out in the bathroom and don't replace them. Very little cutlery and crockery. When the South Easter blows the entrance door rattles like crazy, make sure you have some cardboard available;-)

the view, the location, sea view room is very nice. The boss was very friendly to help us.

Most of the staff and the boss were patient and polite, but one employee's service was particularly bad. She didn't seem to like the job, and it seemed to have brought her a lot of trouble. From the initial phone conversation with her about the crib to our check-in, this employee did not show a very welcoming attitude towards us, and even argued with me very rudely.

Everything was likeable. The people were welcoming and friendly. The guests I bumped in the lift were also easy to talk to and connect. Such an amazing place and I liked every bit of it.

The location was great and the views spectacular. The property was perfect for our stay and met all our expectations

The property was advertised on Bookings.com with daily service and toiletries included. The toiletries were provided but with large discrepancies. We had 4 apartments for all our guests and there was no consistency with what and how much was provided. The units were not serviced daily and when someone arrived, they only washed the dishes, NOTHING else was done. Towels were taken from the unit by cleaners and not replaced. It was quite a struggle to get a towel replaced?

Location is perfect, close to everything including the V&A waterfront. The view over the golf course, DHL stadium & table mountain is spectacular. Apartment had a nice little porch where you can enjoy sundowners.

The bed had small little bedbugs. Towels & linen were not replaced once in the 4 days we were there.

No thanks, never again!!

The apartment is not recommended. Struggle for almost 2 hours to try sort out the problems. Offer another apartment for one night, the next day we must move back to the old bedroom. Bedroom blind does not closed. Must sleep with street lights shining into the bedroom. Early sunrise wake you up in the morning. We used the sleeper couch cussions to blackout the bottom of the blinds. (What a surprise awaits us when we picked up the cussions) Only one towel in the apartment. I was given a code to open a other apartment to look for clean towels. Promise clean towels the next day. No towels received. Promise that the blinds will be repaired the next morning. Still waiting for the maintenance team to come and fix the problem. Mouldy and damp in the kitchen cupboards. Bad smell. The only promise they honoured, was the "free" parking. The worst part was when we require about our booking made for next year, we was informed that the unit that we booked was in a worse state that the one that we currently staying in. No brainer that we cancelled the booking.

The accommodation was very neat & Tidy

I Did not like the fact that I had to pay additional fees for parking my vehicle in the yard of the complex. The bedroom fan was extremely noisy and here was no remote to turn the fan to a lower speed. It was also reported to reception. Bedroom should have had a mirror so that people can do the hair & makeup in the bedroom Still waiting for my invoice for the stay.

Couch in living room is terrible. 3 small glasses, no variety. As soon as sun comes up it is like daylight in the room because the curtains are 30 cm from the floor! During the day there are constant machinery noise. Let your guests know of this beforehand!
