The accommodation was very neat & Tidy

I Did not like the fact that I had to pay additional fees for parking my vehicle in the yard of the complex. The bedroom fan was extremely noisy and here was no remote to turn the fan to a lower speed. It was also reported to reception. Bedroom should have had a mirror so that people can do the hair & makeup in the bedroom Still waiting for my invoice for the stay.

Great view, but you won’t see me again!

View and location

Couch in living room is terrible. 3 small glasses, no variety. As soon as sun comes up it is like daylight in the room because the curtains are 30 cm from the floor! During the day there are constant machinery noise. Let your guests know of this beforehand!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this establishment to travellers. Brilliant location.

Security was excellent, views over the golf course were lovely, ease of access with lift and the apartment 808A was very comfortable!

Could have more secure parking access (although we realise that it is difficult to have so many), mattress was a bit ‘saggy’, and no plug in the wash up basin.

Sufficient but disappointing. Won't visit again even at the price point.

The location was as expected. Reception staff were very friendly and assisted me in booking in earlier. The unit was cleaned properly and fresh linens and towels changed daily.

The outer entrance door was creaking a lot and woke me up when other tenants arrived. Noise from other units and the hallway was very loud. The units on either side could see into my unit from their balconies so I had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. The ceiling fan made an awful droning noise that gave me a headache so couldn't use it. The kitchen light worked intermittently. Some of the fittings are rusted or missing. The tiles in the shower and the shower hose is starting to come off. The place needs a revamp asap and a plan must be made to give more privacy from the other units.

Best Value for Money

One of the best experiences ever. The facilities are safe, secure, clean, well maintained and perfectly located in Kaapstad. Directly across from the pathway and walking distance to V&A, and just minutes from many caffe, shops and diners. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and airy. There was a lot of natural light coming in which made the room more comfortable. The property staff was very welcoming and kind during the stay. The security guards were there.... not necessarily kind or friendly, but definitely present and aware. I am staying here again and recommend anyone traveling to Kaapstad to book this property.

Paying for the parking. I wasn't aware that parking is an extra charge of R125 per night if I wanted to park on the premises. I found that to be a bit odd. I think this amount should be factored into the accommodation fee so guests aren't caught off guard.

Staff were really helpful in sorting out minor issues. The mountain view was spectacular! Great location for park and sea promenading; all the local eateries and coffee places were great, especially the Park ... :0)

Great location but the in the property was disappointing and made us to leave earlier than planned.

Great location

There was a small water leak from the wall above the left wash basin. Everything was soaked the morning when we woke up. The toothbrush and soap holder above the left basin was missing. It was lying in the cabinet underneath the basin. The lights above the mirrors did not work. The shower drain was very slow and you need to close the shower tap while showering for the water to drain first otherwise it will overflow and then you can carry on to shower. The lock on the sliding door to the balcony does not work. The 2 beds against each other made it uncomfortable. One solid mattress would be better.

Clean and great location near the lighthouse

Absolutely fantastic location with virtually guaranteed great views on either side of the building. We had a Mountain View apartment with stunning views of Table Mountain and the golf course. The Mountain View rooms are quieter than ocean view as off the main road. Linen on the beds was notably crisp and clean. The staff were friendly. And someone even came to do a quick morning clean on our second day which we didn’t expect but appreciated.

I will recommend the place but the need to change that night shift security

When we are arrived our rooms were very clean and good furniture, comfortable beds, the building was nice and clean. The receptionist was friendly even the security, who was working day shift was too much friendly as well

The security who was working night sift was extremely RUDE I mean RUDE he was knocking at our room several times telling us that we making noise and shouting at us saying we need to pack our laggages and get out of building at night, we were NOT happy about him at all. His manner of approach was extremely BAD BAD, and since we are arrived the cleaners for room 408 didn't clean it at all even bedding and towels were not changed, I went to ask the receptionist the toilet papers and clean towels,

Stunning views, excellent location but apartment a bit tired.

The view of the golf course is absolutely stunning . We had a partial view of the beach from the balcony . The location is excellent.

The apartment is very tired( Studio)- The tiles, blinds,kitchen and bathroom need a revamp.Light next to the bed was broken. No corkscrew ( which was really needed - we are in Cape Town !). The hairdryer didnt work. No scissors.We couldnt get DSTV to work to watch the rugby.

Beautiful views and great location

The main bedroom and lounge had the best views of lions neck and the back of Cape Town stadium and overlooked a golf course. The apartment had 2 bathrooms although the booking showed only 1 - which is a great plus. So consider changing that on the booking website.

Although the rooms had a heater, consider adding an extra blanket during the winter stays. Cape Town gets cold.

The administration was bad, we arrived to an apartment that had an unpleasant smell we had to move into my parents accomodation as a result , eventually when they sorted it out we were half way into our stay it then became highly inconvenient to move with two small kids one of which is an infant

Best weekend away

The area, the apartment is clean and spacious. The staff at reception are very welcoming.

Securities were not welcoming. The day shift was just pointing when you asked him a question. He only greeted. Night shift was a bit arrogant when I asked him about the parking. Just his first line was, "Iyandixaka into yenu" meaning "You people confuse me". That time, it was just me alone.

The apartment was spacious, cosy, and comfortable. The view was amazing. The staff, especially Karen and Hazvi, were so kind and helpful. I truly appreciate their help with any concerns I had. They always tried to accommodate me the best they could. I would definitely come again.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation ideally situated .

The location is excellent, we were there for business and were not too concerned about the view, however, we did have a mountain view which is always spectacular. The room was more than adequately equipped, spacious and provided everything that we needed for a week's stay. Mouille Point apartments are ideally located for easy access into the city and for walking on the promenade. We were very satisfied with the comfortable accommodation thank you

We exchanged our room for a sea facing room. The view was great

The comfort of room 102 was shocking. No bedside lamps. No bedside plugs. No net curtains, flat on first floor so ppl could see in. Very bad lighting in bedroom. Very uncomfortable couch in lounge to sit and watch tv. Not a place u want to come back to , to relax. There was construction on the building. We should have been told as it was noisy during the day.
