Beautiful view and great location. Very close to the Waterfront
The photos is a bit misleading. The place needs a paint job, and some other maintenance is needed.
The bath did not have any handles, which was strange.
With a few upgrades, this can be a gem

The Location was perfect. Right on the Promenade. Lovely to be able to see the sea and walk across the road to take a nice long walk. The room and amenities were acceptable with a lovely view from the unit. The unit was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary items in the kitchen area. Very comfortable. Quirky.
Nothing I can think of at the moment. I think a mat on the deck area would have been a nice touch. Otherwise it was an nice quirky unit to stay in. Good location.

The stunning view of the ocean and the seating in the window nook that made it possible to sit and enjoy the view from the window.
The style of the apartment wasn't to my taste.
The bed was not very comfortable or practical, it was practically a mattress on a wooden platform.
This apartment is probably more suited to people with a unique style
$$$$
