Well-appointed, classic building in downtown, Little Rock

Phone in room didn’t work. In room dining was average - not cooked to proper temps, no salt and pepper, request for extra syrup wasn’t met, coffee was room temp - on New Year’s morning. They just missed on the little things

It was a lovely experience. My husband and I celebrated our 45th anniversary.

Great location. Beautiful, comfortable room. Everything was efficient and everything worked. Plenty of outlets placed in the right spot, drawer space for 2. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Valet parking seemed unnecessary since the lot was right next door and easily accessible for self-parking. Room and restaurant a little pricey.

Beautiful hotel but careless operations and maintenance.

They gave us a room where hot water faucet was broken and the cleaning staff obviously knew this. Hotel also levied a charge for in-room dining that we did not order, and they still have not resolved it.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, the food was delicious, and the room was elegant and very comfortable.

Quintessentially the best hotel in Little Rock - it may not have a pool or a gift shop but it oozes old school southern charm.

It could do with a convenience store internally - it used to have one?? It could also benefit from a couple of hotel limousines to get guests around when needed.

Beautful hotel and worth a stay for a special occasion!

Wonderful hotel and staff! Historical and beautiful architecture. The manager left us a hand-written note for our stay and the staff made us feel very welcomed!

The air conditioning in our first room did not work, but the staff quickly helped us move to the same style room one floor above

The property was beautiful.

That front desk staff was unaccommodating, rude and thoughtless. although my reservation was booked and confirmed, I had no room when I arrived. They sent me to 2 other hotels before I finally booked another on my own.

This may not seem like much, but our vehicle was valet parked under a tree. DID NOT make my husband happy!
