Found a bug in the room. Front Desk clerk o busy watching YouTube videos. Didn’t acknowledge me, for a bit .. Had to stand in front of the desk waiting to check in…. Booking.com shows the pet charge as $50.00, I was charged $75.00

We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the near future.

Breakfast was good. The property was very quiet with no noise after 10:00 PM. We liked that. Parking is easy and we enjoyed the property and the costs were reasonable.

The tube in room 304 is non functional for taking a bath due to the drain plug is the tub does not work. Shower worked great. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff and personnel were very friendly and assisted in any way requested. We will stay again.

Fantastic accomodations & hospitality

Great facilities, great service and hospitality. James, Night Auditor (Night Manager?) was especially great! He was friendly, loved his job and loved helping guests. Made our stay great!

While great that it was renovated and very up to date, the vinyl flooring in the rooms made everything a little louder this time. We've stayed here countless times before (2-3 times/year), but this was the loudest it has been.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Friendly courteous personnel. Good size mirror in bathroom.

The lights next to the bathroom mirror were way too dim. The bathtub faucet leaks. The back third of the bathtub is scary creaky when stepped on. Maintenance/modifications are needed.

Great staycation!

Was a perfect staycation! It was updated and very clean. Even the elevators and hallways smelled clean... no musty odor whatsoever. Bed & pillows were all really comfortable. Very nice breakfast... it was still hotel eggs & sausage but many extras for your waffles, breads or oatmeal - marmalades, choc chips, nuts, raisins, etc & a nice assortment of teas. Will definitely recommend for out of town visitors or come back if I need another staycation!

One receptionist wasn't quite so friendly. He never said hi anytime I walked by. Maybe he was having a bad day?

The location of the room, 125, was a nightmare. Young children running up and down staircase, down the hallways, and in and out f emergency exit. Room was next to staircase and emergency door. Awful. Apparently security is weak.

the price was the worst part. we needed to sleep. we were there at 215am-1145am for $442. not again

I liked that check in was easy over the phone with Stacey and she left our keys are the desk so all i had to do at 2am was tell the night guy and he handed us our keys and we were on our way. i liked that the rooms were ajoined. that was a plus.

the price for 2 nights is outrageous. 2 rooms $221 so $442 for just one night. that is awful. also housekeeping knocked on our door at 1015 with a do not disturb on the handle.. when check out isnt until 12pm. when i said i was told check out was 12pm she stated no its 11am. we left at 1145.

This place is awesome. We have stopped here before and we went out of our way to stop here again. Very comfortable, clean and all are nice.

I went to the breakfast about 15 minutes before it ended and they were out of almost everything. Even the coffee was out.

The room was so not worth it. And small. Indoor pool dirty and no towels for swimming. We went there for my daughter 11th birthday and she was not happy. So no way will I recommend.

Room was clean and the AC was able to really cool the room (even down to 65).

Room was a bit tight. Increasing the width by just 3ft would’ve made a big difference. Take note next time you build hotels. Also, a sofa bed (in addition to the two full beds) would’ve made this a 9/10!

It was the perfect place to bring my grandson for relaxation, swimming & a top notch breakfast.

What was not to like! They went above & beyond in every area of help. I even had a friend stop by that was in town for the night that travels all the time. He was on a Sports Illustrated Cover with a section in the magazine about all his sport’s accolades. He was extremely impressed and is going to pass the word!
