Nice hotel, poor staff.

Facility and room were very clean.

The staff did not accommodate my paid for reservation! I had a valid photo ID with my name but I did NOT have my drivers license due to loss upon travel. I had my confirmation number, evidence of my booking, and a picture of my drivers license but was still denied at check-in. My friend had to rebook and double pay!

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

My first day going to breakfast at the hotel there was a roach crawling around over the bread and muffins. When I told the breakfast attendant he just got the roach out but left the food in there for the customers to eat.

Very disappointed in the service but the hotel was fine.

It was a stop on the way to Hot Springs so the location was good.

Breakfast was not ready at the time stated and the staff did not attempt to assist. They prepared food for themselves and left the breakfast area.

The bed was very soft and the breakfast was really good.

The fact that there was strands of wavy long hair in the bathtub and a small brown stain on the underside of the duvet cover which is honestly very disgusting. The attitude of the maintenance guy for being in the pool at 9:30 when I specifically got permission to go in there early from the front desk girl she asked her manager and he said sure and I was swimming for a good ten minutes before the maintenance guy gave me a crappy attitude and told me that I'm not allowed to be in the pool until 10am even after I walked to the front desk and let her know and she told him that I was allowed to be in there. Other than those things, It was an okay stay, but those few things specifically need to improve.

Don’t stay here

Checking out as fast as we could.

We checked in during a pretty bad tornado storm after traveling for 12 hours and were placed on the fourth floor and told by the very rude lady at the front desk (who was more interested in video chatting with her daughter in Korea than checking us in) that she didn’t know what to tell us about our worry about being in fourth floor, too bad. The elevator had a sign about how the ac’s in the room were being upgraded and sorry if they didn’t work. When we got into our room it was musty and hot. The TV signal was scrambled so we couldn’t see local weather and the fire alarm has a flashing blinking light that made it impossible to sleep without causing a seizure. I would not stay here again; in fact I wished we would have booked the hotel next door. This one was a major disappointment. Do not trust the old positive comments and do not book.
