Clean, cozy, and comfortable

The cottage was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was exactly where my partner and I needed to be for the weekend. I have been to many places that say they are “pet friendly” but provide no space for those pets to be cared for, this place was not only pet friendly, but pet welcoming. The yard was lovely and well maintained, and the owner was just a wonderful woman.

We booked this place last minute as we were driving across the country and it did not disappoint.

The home had everything that was needed and was very clean, cute and cozy. Great sheets and pillows. Very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice.

The living area was a little warm during the day. I'm not sure there was an A/C in that room but the bedroom was nice and cool.

If you’re looking for a unique neighborhood with circa 1920s style close to one of the coolest areas of Little Rock this

The location is great! It’s a quick drive to the Soma District and within 10 minutes of everything. The property is super cute and I loved the living area with the patio doors overlooking a beautiful courtyard.

I would add a footstool in the living area for the loveseat.

King sized bed. 2 TV’s one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom. Walking distance to The Hall that we were going for a concert. Like we could stay for one night instead of a minimum of 2.

Great place to stay.

Great attention to detail. Cottages were cozy and very comfortable. Absolutely recommend the frittatas. Delicious! If we stay in Little Rock again, this would be our first choice.

The tub maybe had not been used in awhile. Although it was clean, when jets were turned on there was black stuff that continued to emit while attempting to use it. After the 3rd attempt on day two, we just ceased our attempts and used the shower only. It was at no fault of the BB. It happens when they sit and we understand that.

Les lits sont remarquables. Parmi les petits plaisirs d'Urban Cottages: le petit déjeuner, avec plusieurs options à choisir la veille, qui nous attend dans le frigo :-)

Mooie cottage op fijne locatie

De locatie was perfect. Erg rustig. Voldoende ruimte. Gezellig ingericht

De airco. Mijn man was ziek en de airco konden we niet zelf regelen. We hadden het echt erg koud. Er kwam overal koude lucht vandaan. En, waarschijnlijk heb ik het niet goed begrepen, maar we hadden alleen de eerste dag ontbijt.
