Over priced for what you get. False alarm fire alarms going off prevents sleeping. Be warned.

The fact I had to pay for breakfast is outrageous. Then to find out that the "hot" breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes were tepid. The bacon was limp and cool temperature, the eggs were overcooked into a brick you had to slice, as well as lukewarm, the sausage was lukewarm, but had decent flavor, and the potatoes were cold and dry. There wasn't a self-serve coffee/tea station, but only a "waitress" who brought a small pot of coffee to the table and didn't offer any tea. There wasn't any half & half or real cream, only Creamer (fake chemically stuff that tastes bad), and the coffee tasted old and gross, although better than the Boston Restaurant attached to the hotel. The room: Keurig coffee machine itself was fine. There wasn't any half & half pods, only packet-dry chemically creamer (which ruins the taste of coffee as well). The first room I was put in had stains on the wall, The desk was sticky and dirty. The air was turned up to 99 and the room felt stuffy. The second room looking outside was better. The desk was still sticky/dirty and the sticky protective wrap on the desk was peeling off in parts. The bed itself was comfortable enough. The fire alarm went off two different times during sleeping hours (in the early AM hours). They were false alarms. There should be a coffee/tea/hot chocolate station with ultra-pasturized real half & half that is always open (like they have in cheaper hotels/motels).

NO HEAT, NO response from management.

Near airport, used to stay overnight for early moeninf flight.

Website said free airport shuttle left at 4 am, on site said 430 am so had to take an uber. TV remote had been tampered. Room had NO HEAT. Very cold. Called maintenance who reset temp control that didnt work. Came back and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Paid over $100 for this room.

Close to airport but not clear on airport transportation

Comfortable enough. The thermostat was a little confusing. We had to "fight" to get our breakfast early but was able to get it.

The thermostat, being told by evening staff that it shouldn't be an issue getting a to go breakfast as we headed to an early flight. Also not being assured that we could get a ride to the airport as purportedly they only ran really spaced out. Adding pressure to our morning. Also when I booked I asked for 2 beds and without any warning, we found that we had a king size bed.

Absolutely horrible!!!

Nothing really, it was awful!

It was actually pretty terrible, our room was dirty, sticky stuff on night stand and tv table, tv remote didn't work, burns on the bed covers, toilet handle sticks and didn't flush correctly, dirty kcup left in the kuerig coffee maker, dog poop in north elevator, expired cheese/nut snacks in vending machine on 3, housekeeping walked in our room without knocking at 9:20am, went down for breakfast and was told they couldn't locate us in room 212, was turned away and told to go to front desk, by then we had enough so we just left early, we definitely won't be back and I feel sorry for the other people that are horrified in the future!

Convenient, quiet, lovely staff, but a breakfast menu that could be easily improved.

The location - brilliant, close to the airport with a free shuttle! Close to the freeway and the city. The Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

The Breakfast. I am a Coeliac and there was almost nothing available that was Gluten Free. Whilst I realise that American Breakfasts tend to include 'Biscuits and Gravy', Waffles, French Toast, Bagels, Pancakes etc etc, I was extremely surprised to find that for an IHG Hotel in 2024, with the increasing amount of people with Gluten intolerance, that NONE of these included a GF option - not even GF Bread to toast. The bacon was good, fresh fruit and yoghurt were GF but absolutely nothing else. I am not complaining but wanting to highlight what is a serious need to be improved (and probably immediately). For future reference....GF Bagels, GF Bread, GF Scones (Biscuits to Americans) even GF Pancakes are readily obtainable and can be stored in a freezer until required. To not offer GF options in this economic climate seems to be financial suicide and a problem that I hope that the lovely Staff at Little Rock will remedy today.

We always stay here. Boston being there is what we liked this time around.

The beds were hard and very comfortable, the first desk clerk that checked us in on Friday and checked us out on Sunday was very unfriendly. Never cracked a smile.

We were surprised that it was not included in our room price, it was no different than all of the free breakfast except there was more of it and we had real plates. It was nicely displayed and there was plenty of food.

I am happy my stay was not any longer.

I was only there for 7 hours....The room appeared clean and modern...(Check out staff was very polite 3:30 am)

No coffee available for rooms except de-cafe. No 24 hour coffee service for travelers leaving before the breakfast meal. Pillow/bed are uncomfortable (need replaced), Service desk staff (8pm) made me feel very uncomfortable upon check-in (looked and treated me like I was going to a jail cell instead of a room as a guest). The gas station next to the hotel have Beggers and drug dealers at 4:00 am in the morning (stopped for coffee). Days inn close by appear to he frequented by prostitutes and drug dealers as well.

It just felt like home.

The room was very clean, A/C was already on. It gave an "at home" feel. Most rooms I've been in you had to turn on the units and the rooms are stuffy till cool. This one was ready for guest. The staff at check-in very friendly and even at check-out. They have a restaurant on site, very reasonably priced. They have a complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

Vending machines where empty. (No midnight snacks...) This really didn't have tings I didn't like.
