Wouldn’t stay there again

Nice room and location

Nothing was open on time. Coffee area. Breakfast. We had to buy breakfast out. After we waited 15 minutes for breakfast at hotel to open. Never seen anyone getting it ready.

Our stay at the Courtyard Marion was very comfortable and convenient.

The property was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was great, next to a few restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the bistro. Great value for the price!

The drink prices at the bar were a little high but it was nice to not have to leave the hotel to get a cocktail.

Can’t go wrong with Marriott.

From the get go this place eased my mind after a troublesome experience at a hotel down the street. The man at the front desk was so damn awesome and nice. He even gave our dog a little dog treat! Our room was spacious and comfy. The TV allowed for us to access our streaming apps to watch exactly what we wanted. Yeah it’s more expensive than other stays near by but for its quality it’s surely worth it.

It’s was a good stay, but definitely could use alittle more cleaning all around. I suggest the hotel have “Quiet Hours”

Overall, The Staff was nice. & the Hotel was tucked off in a nice area.

Kids running through the halls at night kept me awake around 12am (Mostly parents responsibility) . Also, some of the pillows and bedsheets were extremely dirty that needed to be clean, And I wish house keeping came regularly to give us more towels. But other than that. There’s not much to complain about. Good Job Marriott!

Plenty of space in our room. The employees were so friendly and helpful.

The elevator had a little bit of trash in it and so did the corridor, but just a tiny bit. Just enough to notice, but it will not deter us from staying there again.

Our stay was frustrating.

I liked the location and it was well lit and modern. For the price of the room, the rest of the property was $20 for anything else.

I did not like that the property did not take my preferred source of payment and the receptionist was not helpful. She only told me what I couldn’t do. She had no solutions. The property should reconsider what types of payment accepted. We almost left and didn’t come back but we were in late from traveling after work.

I liked that it was close to my job so I could get to the meetings easily

We were wanting to get away. But live locally.

The property was great. The first room we went to the door was broken. Then the tv stopped working in the second room. It wouldn’t have mattered if my 2 year old wasn’t with us. We were trying to teach her how to swim.

The tiny coffee area, the mornings I just want a plain cup of coffee instead of having to buy Starbucks. I asked them to refill the cream and sugar she said go to Starbucks bar. well why have a reg coffee area if you can’t restock it.

My room, along with the hallway, reeked of cigarette smoke. This property is supposed to be smoke free, and I couldn’t imagine that the staff didn’t smell the same thing I did. It lingered until checkout unfortunately, but overall a good stay!
