Parking valet only , 27$. Downtown. The computer system was down I guess so all our cards kept getting declined. Front Desk person checking us in had a bit attitude,especially with declined cards. However next family checking after us had the same problem. Also downtown location has its moments. Overall eould not spend over 100$ for this again

Room was dirty! Used a Clorox wipe on fixtures and remote and it was black by the end. Gross!

Service was very pleasant. There was an altercation with a guest at check in and it made me very uncomfortable the guest started cussing at staff and my 6 year old daughter was with me. The staff remained calm, but it was an awkward exchange.

Breakfast was not included and I regret paying for a truly terrible breakfast. The eggs to order tasted like they had been cooked in vinegar they were truly tried out and sour 2 days in a row cooked 2 different ways. The pool was absolutely freezing our lips turned blue in under 10 minutes. Orders at the rooftop bar were wrong, overpriced and staff was socializing. I had to demand my card back the host that took my order was sure he gave it back until I stood there and it was found beside the register. Parking was extremely expensive.

The rooftop was very nice and beautiful. The property was very well maintained.

It was hardly any where to park. Valet shouldn’t be the only way to park. Definitely a parking deck is needed.

Inaccurate price and amenities by booking.com

Nice hotel.

Booking.com gave me a total price of $494 but the hotel charged $200 more, said Booking.com did not take into account daily taxes. Also, booking.com said breakfast was included but the hotel said no breakfast included. This is terrible.

Close proximity to the Simmons Bank Arena

No parking! Then, wanted to charge $27 for overnight valet parking. If the hotel doesn’t have parking, then where do the valet parkers park? We parked in public parking for $11 less. If they cannot provide parking, then valet service should be a free service.

The room was great. I had no problem checking un and the attendant helped me get in a shuttle bus .

I was over charged by over $200 and I'm still fighting a week later to get my money back. The hotel manager was unwilling to help me. I was clearly charged at check in , then agaat check out. The manager tried to blame my bank. There were 2 amounts charged on two different days.
