Our service was lovely, the food was wonderful and the downtown area is charming.
The noise from the elevator and other guests was troubling and not so great for sleeping.

I'm not sure I can say much. The bed was comfortable and the lobby had a lot of open space. Oh, the only friendly person on staff I met was the valet guy, even though I took a ride share to the hotel. That's about all.
I was very disappointed in this Marriot. But this isn't the first time I've had issues with Marriot. When staying in ABQ I left the Marriot to switch to a different hotel after one night as it was that bad. This place was not much different. My room was ok but not all the lights worked. The bathroom sink had no space to put anything on it and the shower/tub was patched to fix holes but the work was substandard. I found the staff at both the front deck and restaurant to be uninspired, ill-informed, and rude. In the app, I marked that I didn't want house cleaning as I was only there for a few days but they came and interrupted me to clean. The elevators felt like they were built 50 years ago and operated the same way. There was advertising on the elevator doors and it was peeling off.

Breakfast was wonderful. The French Toast was fabulous!! Definitely worth eating there again!!
Bed was a little hard. Didn't care for the pillows. (These things are subjective, of course)
Friday night, last call in the lobby bar was at 11pm. We had been to a concert and didn't get back to the hotel until about 10:45, I felt rushed. Nothing to do with the bartender, thought management should have planned better.

The room and view from the room was exceptional.
Valet was amazing.
3.0 / 10.0
The valets were very helpful and friendly.
The shower in our room had two inches of standing water when in use. The walls were apparently paper thin because the pageant girls next door to us had quite a make up session early morning complete with boom boom base lines. I paid for a view - and the view was strictly a technicality.
Not the hotel's fault - but traffic getting back to our hotel took 1.5 hours and should have taken 20 minutes. Little Rock needs to get their act together when hosting a beauty pageant and having 4th of July celebrations and baseball games all in the same three city blocks. Not a good experience. Should have complained at the desk, but - to what end!

Great location and clean
The gentleman at the front desk this morning and yesterday morning. Very impersonal and borderline rude. I asked where the closest coffee place was yesterday morning about 6am. He told me Starbucks but they don’t open til 6:30. He easily could’ve told me about the donut shop next door that’s open 24hr’s. His tone was that I was bothering him by asking….
This morning upon checking out there was an Indian guy that was having trouble understanding him. He was very rude to him and was basically telling him to walk away. He handled this very rudely and I was sure to let him know.
Marriott, find a nicer person to handle customers.

The restaurant was tasty, but very pricey.

Big hotel connected to convention center. The restaurant was convenient and good. Good downtown location. Clean room and common areas.
7.0 / 10.0
Lovely staff, and impressive building. However, rooms need updating. The bathroom was particularly run down, with peeling paintwork. No gowns or slippers provided, despite advertising them in the booklet in the hotel room, and stupid paper cups for coffee that you can barely pick up when filled with a hot drink! It’s the little things…

After hours noise from other guests on our floor - until at least 2am.

Central location
Was not allowed to use the stairs — they were locked — I have an anxiety disorder that prevents me from elevators — I was told I could not use the stairs to get to my room so I had to leave the work conference - which cost me the cost of the conference plus I was not able to obtain the continuing education units that I would have gotten at the conference— the front desk attendants were non caring and stood firm “NO Stairs”— as a result I called my husband to drive an hour and a half to return and pick me up — I did not stay and lost my conference money

Location, the room was decent, and they had streaming channels on the tv.
The bathroom felt out dated. And it was not nice enough for how much we paid.

The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The bed was more comfortable than mine at home. I really liked the motion detector night light in the room. The prices at the gift shop were surprisingly affordable.
I am very limited in mobility due to a recent foot surgery and am unable to walk very far. Valet parking was a plus and your shuttle was even better. Ya'll were VERY accommodating and kindly took me to my destination just 2 doors down at the Robinson Auditorium for a concert. However, you were totally oblivious to my needs for return to the hotel after the concert. I discussed this before the concert and was assured that there would be no problem in coming back to pick me up. We even specifically discussed the time. However, when I called, the staff was rude and totally unconcerned about my needs, my safety nor the prior discussion and arrangements. It's almost like "bait and switch" where you promised me the moon just to get my business and then seriously let me down once you had it. I feel like that was a reflection of ONE PERSON and not your entire hotel staff. But......I feel strongly enough about it that I have already booked my next hotel for the next concert and it will not be the Little Rock Marriott. I struggled, actually limped back, to the hotel alone after the concert - jeopardizing both my health and safety. I was an easy target limping down Markham at 10:00pm in the dark and the rain. I am incredibly disappointed.

Convenient location , very clean. Excellent breakfast brunch
The valet was sloppy. He did not hold the elevator door open and allowed it to slam my upper arm as I was trying to enter. He never said a word. Handed our luggage to us to hang and stash. I expected better service. Perhaps new employees should have trained ing in appropriate valet service.
Next time…..
