Did the job but I’m not sure I would run back.

They had laundry on site and there was water bottle filling stations. Plus the parking was free.

The peeling wallpaper, our towels were stained and the drain did not drain well. When I booked I asked for a king bed and the did not have it available. I went with two twins so we could get in and shower quicker.

Awful Parking

The staff here are very friendly. My check in and out was quick and easy. The resteraunt in the back has friendly staff and good food.

Great stay and will definitely use again if ever in town!

Literally a pit stop on a cross country trip and the property made it feel safe and easy. Room was spacious and clean, bed was like a cloud (especially after being in the car 18 hours), and shower pressure helped wash away the 5 states we drive through that day. Staff made it easy for us to check in late and check out early, dogs included. They even had a fridge and coffee selection which made it great since we had to get on the road at 4am and didnt want to be searching for breakfast at that time.

There was no way for us to refill our water bottles which meant having to go to the gas station nearby or pay $7 for a water bottle on property.

Economical price and location but the size of the restaurant was pretty disappointing.

The breakfast was pretty bad. I paid for grits with 2 other meals and it was left out my bag. Tried to call to let them know and the front desk said to call back in 2 min bc he was not at the front desk at the time. By the time the grits got to me they were cold and not well made.

Beware of the bug bites

Easy freeway access

I had many, many insect bites on my arms, back, thighs and buttocks. Beware of this place. Also the noise from the freeway even on the seventh floor interfered with my sleep. They also charged an extra fee for breakfast.

I loved the property and my room, but staff were not very knowledgeable and some of the practices seemed suspect.

The room was great and the bed was amazing.

Staff seemed poorly trained. I called for room service and was told they didn’t offer it. I told them I had a menu in my room that gave this number for ordering room service. They said oh ok I’m new. Then when room service was delivered, I was told I had to pay with cash which I didn’t have. I asked if the credit card on file could be charged, they said no. They said they could take my credit card (the same card) charge it and then return it, which they did.

Clean. Nice neighborhood. Convenient to I-30. Since the hotel was somewhat empty that day, there was no breakfast buffet BUT they instead offered full table service in their restaurant with a wide variety of menu items from which to choose at no additional charge (a welcome surprise). Walking distance to River Market. Short drive to Capitol.

Pretty good stay at an affordable price.

Good location about a 20 minute walk from h to w Arkansas River, downtown, and the Clinton Library. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. Good snack selection in the lobby.

Elevator from the parking garage only works if you have a key, which doesn’t help if you haven’t checked in yet. There is a lot of road noise from the highway, even on the 7th floor.

The room was at the standard cleanliness and amenities

The napkin box was empty and only one roll of toilet paper (although there were two slots). So I called to ask for both, and the staff only brought me toilet paper. When I asked for the box of napkin, she asked me "do you want me to walk down and up again?" I said "yes please, thank you" then she never came back with the napkin... Staff needs more training!

It was probably the best hotel stay I have ever had

The staff was amazing! The front desk was very helpful. The kitchen staff was so friendly and the food was soooo good! The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle driver was very friendly. I also appreciated the safety feature of having to use your room key to be able to use the elevator in the parking garage. Being a coffee drinker, I was thrilled that coffee was available at all times.

The only thing I can even think of would be the view but that is something that can't be helped. We saw the roof and the AC units.

Love it. The rooms were so clean, the beds were dreamy. Best bed I have ever slept in. It was nice and quiet. The lady at check-in was so nice and helpful. We missed the restaurant but she found other places near by for us to eat... love love love. Will definitely go back.
