The location and staff were amazing! They were all hands on deck to take care of everyone during the snowstorm. They kept the restaurant open and were available anytime for questions and concerns. It's got beautiful views of the river as well.

The owners and upper management need to fix a few things.The facility is getting old and dated. The furnishings were warped, and the carpet stained in my room. I didn't have hot water. It did get luke warm at best for a quick shower. They did move my room and the water was too hot. I was unable to get it to run any cold. Maybe the pipes are crossed somewhere. That said, the staff was amazing and so helpful. I don't blame them at all for any inconvenience.

Good location, poorly managed.

The restaurant was full and there was one server. We waited an hour for our food and we were the first ones there when it opened. My father in law ordered a pork chop and it was completely raw inside. Many people got up and left after sitting for over an hour without being acknowledged with even a glass of water.

I’ve stayed in basic hotels and high end hotels and this was one of the worst hotels for the price that we’ve ever staye

We liked that it was in the middle of downtown. Close to the Statehouse Convention Center & restaurants.

It was clean but for the price it was definitely dated. The shower door didn’t close good and all of our clothes/towels in the bathroom floor got soaked. The room beside us I swear had paper thin walls because we heard the guests next to us all night & morning. Also, the morning we had to be at our event and check out, there was no hot water. The breakfast buffet was $16 per person and was absolutely horrible. Gnats were all over the bagels, toast, pastries. The eggs were cold. We could have gotten a better breakfast at McDonald’s. All of the staff were extremely nice and professional though.

Location is great. Bed was comfortable. "River View" room had excellent view of the Arkansas River. Shuttle service is good.

Hot water was never really hot and took a long time to heat up. Had coworkers that stayed also and complained their rooms did not have adequate heating and they were freezing. The breakfast wasn't worth $16.00 a day. Cheap breakfast. Need more liquid body wash/shampoo filled up.

The room would have been perfect but I was at the end of the hall by the stairs so I could hear that door being opened a lot. The view was wonderful. I was in a river view room so that was very relaxing to look at. I did not try the breakfast, I did order a chicken ciabatta for supper from the downstairs restaurant, and it was ok but very overpriced.

It was a very small queen room. That was not really an issue for me because I was traveling alone but it would have been too small for a couple to move around in the room.

Avoid room 1030!

The hospitality was great.

This is what $170.80 (tax included) gets you at this place. The bathroom in room 1030: The tub feels like it's seconds away from falling into the floor below you. Tub drains so slow, and that patch on the tub well who knows. The shower curtain looked like they let a wild animal have at it. With all this going on, I even looked behind a painting above the toilet and well you can see, it had a massive hole they didn't bother to patch correctly. The ceiling well, put a piece of toilet paper to cover the whole, it looks like it has been opened many times by the looks of all those stains. Don't take my word for it. The proof is in the pictures. My daughter and I were here for a night to go to a concert. We drove hours to get here, change and go to the concert then back to shower, sleep and checkout in the morning. I called to get a curtain replacement when we were in the room getting ready, but that never happened. If your stay is over one night just avoid this room.

Enjoyed my stay.

The room was very comfortable. I was attending a play at Robinson Auditorium, and the hotel is connected to the theater. It is a wonderful location. I had dinner and breakfast, in their restaurant, which was very good.

There was another event going on, in the hotel, and it was a little difficult, to find a parking space, in the parking deck.

Well… I booked a “1 King room with Balcony” room and there was no balcony at all on our room. We had a window. That was it. Will write reviews to reflect this experience and cost versus what I expected on several review sites. There was also no refrigerator. Kind of expect a mini-fridge in hotels, especially ones that are way less expensive.

Location is nice. Very close to downtown attractions and easy access to the interstate.

The room was horrible. No refrigerator in the room, no ice machines working on the floor or other floors, had to go up 3 floors to find one that was working. The door handle on the bathroom door was falling off, the shower curtain rod fell off the wall, no hot water to take a shower.....all of this was brought up to the front desk, yet nothing was done about it while we were there. For this hotel to be associated with Hilton, you would think, and I expected it to be much better. Parking was very difficult; there was an event going on at the time, and it was hard finding a spot. The price I paid for the stay was not worth the money. I will not stay here again.

Bridges bartender needs classes in de-escalation.

The head of housekeeping named Michael Skeen is a wonderful helpful human being who made my experience a lot better.

I was at this bar late night on April 9, 2024. I was indeed intoxicated already (my bad), though the bartender kept serving me. I got into an argument with some [redacted] of a customer who couldn't pronounce the name "Giovanni" (he was pronouncing as "Geeeee-oh-vah-nee" and making the risible claim that his Italian grandparents pronounced it that way). Normally I just bite my tongue when I see displays of ignorance, but drinking had lowered my inhibitions. So of course I told him how wrong he was, and how wrong his grandparents are if they really did pronounce it that way. I probably cursed a bit too. What did didn't do was threaten anyone. I didn't break anything. I didn't punch or throw objects. I just insulted people. The children couldn't handle it. The bartender could have just stayed out of it. He could have de-escalated things. What he did was take the poorly educated patron's side against me. I can't swear to it because my memory is fragmented, but I'm pretty sure the bartender threatened me with violence. It is my belief that he did, but I could be wrong. Regardless, he wasn't professional in how he handled the situation. There is more to the story that doesn't have to do with Bridges, but what I really wanted to do was warn people about the possible unprofessional conduct of the staff at this bar. The bartender was on duty late April 9, 2024 into April 10, 2024. When I get his name I'll add information.
