Location.
The little things, if not taken care of the property will start to look run down: curtain valances hanging down, scratches everywhere you turn. Create some rooms with deep soaker tubs.

There wasn't anything I'd really liked. The staff were friendly. That's about all I can say. Good about this property.
I didn't like the spotlights from the post office shining into both windows of our suite where there were no curtains on the windows to block the light. So it was like daylight all night long. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay 15 extra dollars to park in their rinky dink parking lot instead of on the street. I didn't like the fact that the only thing that was left on the breakfast buffet was boiled eggs and waffles. I had to make myself because they didn't bother to refill anything else. I have came to the conclusion that if you book something with booking.com you end up with the worst possible room at the hotel has.

Convenient location right off the highway, good if you are just passing through.
The property was a bit dated. I stayed two separate nights on my way to and from my destination. The first stay was fine. Nothing special, desk staff was nice, room was clean. My second stay was not so great. I was placed on a floor that was clearly undergoing some kind of maintenance. The a/c was out in the hallway and it was extremely humid and there were chunks of wall torn out(I'm guessing from workers trying to fix the ac). I think I chose this floor when doing check in but I am not sure why front desk didn't notify that the floor was undergoing maintenance and offer to move me to a better floor. When I got to my room everything looked fine, room a/c worked, then I went to the restroom and noticed a dirty wash cloth in the shower and some kind of lotion dried on the wall, which indicated to me that the room hadn't been properly cleaned. It grossed me out, but I was so tired from driving all day and I really just wanted to sleep, I've slept in worse hotels tbh, so I didn't say anything. Both times I brought my service animal with me. Both stays I was charged a $75 pet fee. I guess my account did not have that I had my service animal with me, idk. I called later on and asked about getting it refunded, I was told I was charged because "I didn't notify front desk about my animal" Which seemed slightly accusatory but again, I try not to make waves. I just asked for a refund. She said she going to refund me the $75 on one of my stays but not the other, she said the other had to be approved and that the manager would call me back. Well, I still have not received the $75 refund or the phone call & it's been 2 weeks since I called. I'm very busy so it's hard to find the time to sit down and make sure someone does their job. At this point I am just going to assume I will never get the refund. FWIW, I stayed at another Hilton(Nobleman) at my destination, and they were able to see that I had a service animal.

The receptionist was new. he did not explain parking options well. We got trapped in an area between parking lot and hotel-the access key did not work. Also no toilet paper in bathroom

The lobby was okay
I cringe when thinking about the price/value of this Hilton property. Room 416 had the overwhelmingly repugnant stench of unkept dogs. The upholstered furniture resembled a 70s quality and style that could easily pass as having been salvaged from a trailer park or tenement estate sale. The sofa crunched with the sound of plastic when sitting down.
I didn’t have a chance to complain about this the next morning. There had been a defective fire alarm sensor that set off the alarm around 3:30 and required the Hilton’s evacuation. Before being able to get back to sleep, there was a second alarm shortly after 4:30. Not knowing how many alarms would follow, I checked out at 5:00am.
Upon checkout and without my asking, the receptionist promised the manager would contact me the next day and fully refund my stay. The next morning, I received an invoice for the full amount plus parking and tax of $210.07 followed by two offers to join their rewards program. I replied through Booking.com and asked about the promised credit. There has been no reply.
Where is the refund that was promised? Why haven’t I heard from their manager? What would poor Conrad Hilton think of this hotel that bears his name and what would he think about its customer service?
I have travelled for pleasure since my childhood and about 10 days a month before retiring from my professional career. I estimate that I have stayed in well over 1,000 hotels, motels and private rentals.
Even without the alarms that required my early departure, this hotel is the worst value I can remember. The carpet and furniture from room 416 should be removed and incinerated.
I will never stay in another Hilton property.

The location was great for access to 1st security amphitheater and the river market. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed.
The bed was softer than I like.

Great property for the price and location; very clean and accommodating. The front desk staff are very friendly and had Excellent customer service. This will be my hotel of choice every time I need to travel to Little Rock!
You shouldn’t have to pay to park if you are a registered out of state guest!

Nothing. We went there to swim and was unable to.
The fact that they advertise a pool but it was gross and they never cleaned and or opened it during our stay.

Large rooms, breakfast was good(could use more fruit options).
Furniture all over the property in desperate need of an upgrade.

The staff was honestly the only great thing about our stay. The front desk host was incredibly nice and understanding for us regarding the pool being completely forest green.
Unfortunately everything but the staff. You could tell they could only do so much, but the pool being green, the doors being so painfully tough to open/close quietly, and the confusing parking garage situation… It’s a brutal ask all around.

Nothing! It's wonderful and we are picky!

I felt secure
Was told it was a handicap room and it had a bathtub not a walk in shower. Mother in law couldn't take a shower and was leaving on a 52 hour train ride to California. At 3 a.m.

Staff was kind. Bed was comfortable.
It advertised as having a pool. It did, but it was green and usable. Looked nasty. No where to walk the dog on hotel grounds which meant we had to walk the block with a lot of homeless. Human trash and feces in grass areas.

nothing really
very over priced location as well as having to pay full price for parking a motorcycle was nuts. ALSO, the room did not have a remote control for the TV. I called the front desk, they stated they had an extra one there. I told them that I was in room 614 and they stated that I would have to come back down stairs to get it myself. Great customer service, NOT!!

Clean and very friendly staff
Although I did not use the pool, it could have been cleaner. It was very cloudy when we stayed. Parking can be tricky to find. You have to check in and they do not tell you parking is additional each day.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was clean and everything but the dishwasher worked, which was no big deal. The lady who took care of the continental breakfast was very sweet and kind, and everything was ready for us.
My only concern is the ladder in the pool has stress fractures which could cause injuries if someone wer to place their hand in the wrong spot.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years but I’ve never experienced a staff that was so helpful and polite. The ladies working the breakfast were simply amazing and so very helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here whenever I travel in the future.
Everything was just perfect!

It’s too congested in that area. There’s no place to park when trying to check in because of all the vehicles parked on the street.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The young lady at check-in and check out were very friendly, polite, and pleasant to talk with. It's very nice to deal with someone who cares about their job and the customer. The breakfast was very good, hot and delicious, everything from eggs, bacon waffles, cereal toast, hot coffee, and juices. The ladies in the kitchen were very friendly and polite to all, very well organized and clean. Thank you to everyone !!

Was having a family reunion so looked for a hotel with reasonably priced meeting room that would allow outside catering. Homewood has that plus a big patio area. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Everything was great. No issues at all.

I thought the location was great. I also appreciated that pets are welcome at this very pleasant place to stay. It was within walking distance of several good restaurants that had outdoor seating so our dog could come along. It was a quiet, safe area, easy to drive in and close to most things we were doing. Breakfast was very good.
Many of the lightbulbs in our room were burned out. Seemed dark, especially in the bathroom. The lamp beside my bed was so dim I couldn't even tell it was turned on.

I travel a lot (I have been around 80 countries) almost six months a year. It was my first time in pretty Arkansas. This hotel is one of the best ever (on the world). Fantastic!! I liked everything. The staff was amazing, such wonderful ladies; everyone. The room is big, comfortable, clean, very well equipped, beautiful. Bed, shower, refrigerator, TV, everything was great. The breakfast was abundant and tasteful. The lobby is nice. They even have a basketball court. Location is perfect, the area is safe. I enjoyed so much; thanks!!
Just keep it like it is. Glorious!!

The staff was great, the property was wonderful as well. Tamika was amazing. I didn’t get to meet her in person but she really helped with our reservation changes. Top notch. It was only challenging with parking. Will definitely select this property again in the future.
I don’t think I was fully aware it would be like that but we made it work. Outside of that, the stay was great.

Sadly, we didn't get to try breakfast. We loved the room, and the bed was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Overall, it was enjoyable.
Some of the silverware was not clean. That wasn't good. I didn't like that we were charged for parking, and we didn't know up front. Also, there was a 50 dollar hold placed with our payment, that wasn't explained before hand either. I was expecting to pay $134, and wound up paying more. I wouldn't have minded if I had been made aware first.

I liked everything about this hotel.
