Wouldn't stay again.

It was in a good location with things near by and short drives to activities. If the weather was better when I went, I could have walked to get food or to a park or the river.

There was an event going on in the hotel which meant I had to walk through a crowd of very formally dressed people to get to my room. The staff were yelling to each other through the hallways. It was incredibly loud and disruptive and went on for over 20 minutes. Construction was outside my window causing difficulties getting to the parking lot where I could come and go without interrupting the event. The bathroom was so small. If I hadn't been alone, getting dressed in there would have been a challenge.

Very disappointed in staff

Once I got there the older lady at the front told me i wouldnt get a room their systems were down. I advised her i haf an online reservation, and she aid she couldn't access my reservation. She offered no resolution. I told her i just drove 12 hours, its Thanksgiving.. so where do we go from here, because I had this all set up online ahead of time. She had me wait while she made a phone call and then advised me she couldn't accept my cash payment. It had to be on a card. Mind you its 2 am, my kid is ready to be out of the car, there's no where to make a deposit, AND its a holiday. This lady was so unbothered and was not trying to help me at all. Just a "too bad" attitude. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay.

Ok stay in Little Rock

Good location

No microwave in room (but one in an adjacent hallway — not convenient), essentially a conference hotel since you have to walk down long hallways past meeting rooms to get to our room. Very noisy neighbors (which can happen in any hotel) who woke us up at 2 am and talked outside in the hallway for 1/2 hour. Hotel is close to major music venue (we didn’t know that in advance) which might explain this.

Great place

We were on a three week road trip, and this was one of the best places we stayed. The facility was great, as was the location right next to the river and park, and walkable to downtown over two bridges with the free trolley. The breakfast was satisfactory, and breakfast service was excellent. It’s an older property that has been nicely updated. We parked right outside, very convenient.

Welcomed to town with real fireworks 🎆🎇(the baseball team just won their home game and field right behind hotel)! Nice clean hotel (lobby,room,BR, new carpeting in hallways). Room quiet, very comfortable bed. Safe and well lit parking lot. Breakfast buffet and omelette bar excellent.

Depending on room assigned there could be a very LONG walk to your room, only 2 elevators and not highly convenient to side parking lots.

During my recent stay, I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of hospitality and the overall comfort of the property. The front desk staff deserves special recognition. They were some of the friendliest, most welcoming individuals I’ve met while traveling. They made check-in smooth, answered questions with a smile, and truly set the tone for a positive stay. The guest room itself was excellent—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room refreshingly cool, which was much appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance of support and softness for a restful night’s sleep. One small detail I noticed was the absence of a microwave in the room. While not a dealbreaker, having one would have been a convenient addition for reheating leftovers or preparing quick snacks. Overall, I have no complaints about my stay. This trip was spontaneous, and I was fortunate to find such a great deal on such a quality hotel. It exceeded my expectations in many ways, and I left feeling relaxed and satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family, and anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. I will absolutely consider booking again for future trips.

It was perfectly located for our needs. Close to downtown and over the river activities. Rooms were great. (Would have loved 2 queens instead of 2 doubles.) still loved the rooms and hotel. Breakfast was very good!

Brandon at the front desk was an absolute gem!! From the moment we walked in the door it was a pleasure.

Stayed 2 nights and I was under the impression that breakfast was included thats why I picked this hotel. Yet only 1 night was free and for the price yeah it cheap but you can really go out to eat for a better variety.

It was a great stay!

Location is great! We came for Clinton’s library. The MacArthur Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts are right next to each other and free to visit. The Submarine Museum tour is also a great addition to the trip.

The breakfast was average, especially if you’re not willing to wait in the long line for an omelet. I wish there had been more fruit options available.

It was clean and comfortable.

The maids were hollering down the hall to each other and woke us up at 8:45 about some towels! Entirely uncalled for when you have paying guest resting!
