Ok iside the hotel but not outside. I worried all night that my car not safe. Glad to leave.

Excellent stay; I'd chose this hotel again.

Breakfast was hot and fresh with good selection. The room and bathroom were truly clean -- no foreign hair left hanging about or anything. Location was fine for my purposes: The walk to downtown for my conference was a nice stroll, and it's an easy walk to the W.J. Clinton Presidential Library & Museum -- though I would avoid walking to restaurants, etc., after dark, if possible. Most of the staff were sincerely friendly and helpful! I was there for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay.

One young woman on staff ignored me or was borderline rude every time I tried to get information from her at the front desk. But the other staff members were all truly lovely!

No frills and expensive spot to stay close to downtown.

The proximity to downtown attractions and restaurants made this a pleasant stay for the price point.

They were not running the air conditioning in the lobby or the hallways, which made it incredibly hot and overworked the room air conditioner to cool it down. They said they were having drainage issues from a another building being constructed a few boxes away, but I cannot see that correlation in my experience. The shower almost filled up to bath tub levels in about five minutes. I asked them to pour some Drano down the drain and they told me they could not do that. This is unacceptable and potentially a health violation.

It was very hot, so the pool was a bonus. Sheree the kitchen staff was very industrious keeping the tables clean. The pizza delivery to our room was very handy.
