The first room I was in had little bugs flying around, so they moved our room and everything was fine. After we got back from the concert we took shower and the water was rusty yellow. Sometime in the middle of the night the air stopped working causing it to get a little stuffy in the room. When I went to check out nobody was at the front desk for me to tell them.

The location was perfect. I didn’t have to move my car the whole weekend. The staff were so nice and helpful. I loved the patio area with the fire pit.

The beds were horrendous. And the toilet didn’t flush easily. They are in the middle of a complete renovation so I’m sure that they will be replacing all of those things.

Learned our lesson

It was close to the location of the wedding we were attending.

Breakfast - powdered eggs were sour, running out of food and not restocking. Parking was $15 per day Staff on second day was very rude to several customers. My mom came the second day we were there, she was the additional person in our party and when she arrived we were told the garage was full and was going to have to find a place to park. No suggestions, no help so she wound up having to drive 2 hours back home. It was a terrible mess because we found out there were available parking spaces in the garage, this person working for whatever reason refused to add her car to our room for parking even though we booked the room for three adults and initially advised we would need parking for two cars. We won’t stay here again because of that specific reason.

The rooms are a great size. Great extras supplied in the bathroom. Parking was handy with a easy route to the hotel. The breakfast was great. Clara the cook was super helpful!

Getting into the parking garage to begin with was a slight effort, having to collect a parking pass from reception to then enter the garage.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff ok. I found the bathtub a bit treacherous for taking a shower - a bath at or friction strips would be helpful. I tend to consistently expect a little more from Hampton In and the Little Rock location was pretty average.

the lady at front desk was eating chips/snacks at the same time she was talking to me also they didn't have room to park our car on the hotel parking lot, so we had to park on the street and have to take our car before 8 am to avoid fine or be towed

Won't reccommend

There was no hot water throughout my entire stay. The manager was not available for the entire time. The front desk staff tried their best to be accomodating however only so much they could of done. In addition, furniture in room 206 looks run down

The room itself looked run down. AC vents needs cleaning asap, there was no hot water. Travelling with a child this was not good.
