The bed was incredibly cozy – definitely one of the most comfortable! The breakfast had a good variety. We also really appreciated the flexibility of the staff – when our original room didn’t quite work for us, they kindly offered us another one without any issues.

One thing to keep in mind is the pet fee, which was $150 – a bit of a surprise since we’re used to much lower fees (usually around $50). Just something to be aware of if you're traveling with pets. Also, we noticed that the night shift staff was much friendlier compared to the morning team – not sure why, but it definitely stood out.

Really Good, but I haven't received my money back.

The breakfast and other facilities were great. I really enjoyed staying in the hotel. It was a great neighborhood.

They over charged me and haven't paid me back the money that was promised. My review would be five star, but not being trustworthy is not a good quality to have.

Amazing place, close to the highway, and close to lots of food places.

The Staff was super! The woman who greeted us was so friendly and nice. She gave us all sorts of information and put us in a super nice room. She loved our little dog and we really enjoyed talking to her. Everytime we went by the desk, she was moving and doing something with a smile on her face. The breakfast was really good too.

The women at the front desk at check in and check out were sweet as could be. We had a wonderful experience and are making this our go to hotel when we do travel soccer in little rock 😀

Room was attractive. Breakfast was good

My side of bed was so soft it left the impression of my body on it when I got up and I’m a pretty small woman. The huge issue we have is that there was a fire in the room directly across from us and the only way we were made aware was that we heard a beeping sound outside our room and when we opened the door the hall was filled with thick smoke and several fireman informing us of the fire! No smoke alarm went off in our room or hall as others came out to state the same thing! Turns out the hotel was evacuated except for those closest to the fire! I asked the manager for compensation stating the extreme danger we and others in our hallway were in and that we informed the fire Marshall. She took off the pet charge but said Booking.com would have to do any further compensation for our stay.

It was 25F outside and I had to wait for 15 minutes outside with the family, Which was really uncomfortable, you should have some space where customers can sit when they arrive at the property. Thanks

Spacious, great kitchen, comfortable bed and couch. The property was well maintained.Easy in and off I-40

Terrible toxic odor from manufacturing nearby. Smelled like someone tarring a roof when we arrived. Couldn't smell it once you're inside the hotel

Great breakfast, the rest was mediocre. We left early

The breakfast was wonderful, great variety of options, beautiful sunny dining area full of windows and a fireplace and cozy.

Sadly the rooms are very dated and in need of some updating. There were no extra bedding provided and when I called and asked I was told the hotel was fully booked and had none to offer. Bed was terrible. We checked out early as a result. Stayed during thanksgiving and it was a let down honestly but it’s the best option for a family in the area so not sure I would stay again. At least it was pet friendly. Also there was nothing to use in the kitchenette-no dish soap or towels or dishes of any kind. Bare cupboards. Pointless.
