My only issue would be the staff, front desk was not attentive or very helpful in working out the parking situation and incorrectly informed me on the process of that parking garage - staff at the bar did not want to communicate or start convocation, which I find wrong when it’s very quiet. Staff at coffee shop located within hotel where friendly and attentive

Great staff, but needs improvements. Worn down from use

Friendly, helpful staff. The outdoor fire pit was very nice.

The hotel doors closed way too soon after opening. Not joking or exaggerating - every time I entered the elevator, somebody got hit or rushed by the door. Also, my toilet ran nonstop and my bathtub was dirty and the surface was peeling.

Front desk employee was amazing and patient

Bathtub was rusty and worn out on the bottom looked nasty, and housecleaning busted in my room while I was showering the morning before check out had I not had the additional lock they could have walked in on my child that was getting dressed and ready to leave. I was in the shower and it was 9 am and they felt the need to bust in my room without any reason at all won’t be back to another hotel at the Marriott due to feeling unsafe from the cleaning staff!

Convenient, walkable location for a good price point

The facilities were clean and offered convenient parking for a reasonable price. The rooms were nicer than I was expecting based on the pricing. Being walking distance to the Statehouse Convention Center and nearby restaurants added to the convenience of the hotel location. I would stay here again when visiting Little Rock.

Great staff! Great location! Hotel was new and lovely.

The young lady who checked me in & helped me throughout my stay. I was only in town for a day for a memorial, I had flown all night to get there; she made an otherwise stressful, emotional so much easier with all of her assistance from the time I arrived until I left the hotel. I’ll be returning just for the simple fact that she was so helpful, so warm & welcoming - and I saw her helping others while I was there as well. Any hotel that is smart enough to hire & retain such a great employee makes you stand out among the other hotel options.

The property was great- the more food & beverage options (and the more hours they are available) - the better it will be- since some people like myself are only going to be in town shortly & may not want to leave the property to find food & drinks.

The downtown location was great to walk around and be near the river walk.

Staff were not super friendly, I tried to order a salad and they told me they no longer had them on the menu (though they were on the menu) so I ordered hummus with veggies and baked pita and got hummus with what felt like fried pita and no veggies. Parking said onsite but it was technically a public lot that I had to hope had spaces available during a concert.

The beds were extremely comfortable. We also liked that there was a couch and desk. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Our only issue was that we could not get the TV to work.
