My stay was comfortable, relaxing, and overall just a nice experience.

This was my fourth stay this year at this hotel and there’s a reason why I keep coming back. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and courteous and friendly. The room was very clean as usual and the breakfast was outstanding just about anything you could want they had for breakfast, hot and cold.

To date I don’t have any complaints about this location.

Tru in North Little Rock has an exceptional staff. The lobby, with all its amenities, was perfect.

The sheets in our room were paper thin and worn terribly. They also felt like crumbs were in the bed. No warm blankets were in the room.

This was an average hotel stay for a premium hotel price.

Convenient location, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The room across the hall from us had multiple unattended dogs that barked nonstop until about 10:00 pm. The air conditioner in our room made a terrible squeaking sound. The mattress comfort was fair at best, so we didn't get a good night sleep between the mediocre mattresses and loud noises.

Tru Hilton stay was extraordinary

The location set up of the builder with all the amenities nearby, gas stations, hospitals and more. The staff were extremely kind and respectful Melodie the manger was super helpful with the unexpected charges

I didn't like that the fire place was not working, other than that, it was awesome. also maybe allow the window to be partial cracked because we were getting pretty stuffy run the heat and ac for comfort

It is modern, cozy and jazzy place to stay!

I love the colorful layout of the hotel, which brings out "The Inner Child" out of adult. The room was very comfortable and very much like "The Today Look". The housekeeping crew works very hard in making sure everything was clean and every staff member were very friendly. Serves up a very delicious breakfast every morning! Has Great Coffee and Tea! There is a very nice little market in the lobby with self check out.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the atmosphere. It felt modern and vibrant. We arrived late in the evening but were greeted by a friendly face and there were options for snacks and drinks. Really convenient. Our room smelled so nice. I appreciate that. Breakfast was lovely.

I didn’t love the flashing light on the smoke detector. I’m a very light sleeper. The pillows were disappointing, poor quality and a bit stale smelling.
