We had a brilliant time away in Aberystwyth staying at this wonderful apartment.

The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location on the seafront and very private. Bed is super comfy! Slept like a baby! A lovely place to spend a few days away!

There were no instructions on recycling? Mind your head on the protruding bay window above when climbing up the external steps from the property!

Lovely little apartment will book again

Really cosy and quaint very clean and really welcoming with milk coffee tea hot chocolate etc was a nice touch. Staff responsive to the questions. No problems right in the seafront

Shower appeared temperamental not sure if it was me or the shower but not a major issue. Parking could be an issue in busier periods.

We had a really great time in Aberystwyth and having such a friendly apartment to come back to just topped it off

This apartment was a really good size. The wide side corridor makes it feel roomy. Nice and bright throughout with quirky decorations. It was really clean and felt friendly. The kitchen is narrow but it had everything we need for our stay. The bed was a small double but the mattress was good if you like it on the soft side and having the French doors looking out into the tiny court yard was super sweet. A lot has been made of a small space. The location is excellent.

A first glance it all looks great but there are a few minor annoyances. We couldn’t get the electric flame effect fire to work, fairy lights in the ficus and a standing garden lamp in the courtyard didn’t work either. They would have been such nice extra touches. The shower was a bit temperamental but ok once you find your temperature. The sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable although it looked amazing. There are small extractor fans in the living room and bedroom that run all the time, just a low level hum but noticeable at times. Also reed diffusers and plug in air fresheners were a bit strong. It didn’t smell damp or bad so I’m not sure why they were there. Finally our old dog couldn’t get over the small (flood defence?) wall at the top of the steps leading down to the property. Probably not a deal breaker but I don’t remember seeing it in the description.

Climbing over a raised step to get into the basement apartment. Constant noise from extractor fan in the bedroom. On the 2nd day the owner came in the apartment unannounced!!!!....to bring glasses??

Lovely quick getaway, as described and perfect location.

Well wow! The apartment is exactly as described. Lovely decor, stunning sea view. Very well equipped, comfy bed. Very well located.The car parking charges were so cheap, £4.30 for 24hrs (North Road, think!) Lovey late check out till 11am and dropped the keys back easily. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby.

We loved Aberystwyth and had a lovely week.

The flat was satisfactory it was very clean . A really lovely selection of teas and coffee and kitchen and its utensils. It is in a brilliant position, very good access to the town and the sea front etc. Free Parking at this time of year was a bonus! It must have been a very cool place to stay this summer. The heating was very effective and heated up the rooms very quickly when we needed a little bit of heat.

I had not realised that it was a basement (I guess that was my omission in my research!) I did not like all the deodorants everywhere in the flat but understand that as a basement you may have had floods in the past, there is likely to be a real problem with mould and there was no smell of mould and the fans were very effective keeping the place dry. So thank you.

The location was excellent. Across the road from the beach and within easy walking distance to the shops,restaurants and fast food outlets. The Apartment was as advertised, nicely decorated and very well kept.

The guest information is very sparse. Only one sheet of paper with very few details needs to contain more information on the location, days out, fast food and restaurant options. Nearest GP Surgery and Vet

Lovely place to stay

Location was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely little apartment. Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed to cook. Would have happily stayed longer if we could.

Could have done with instructions on how to use the shower, not straight forward! But good once working! Also would be good to give guidance on where to eat/ go. We struggled to find a nice restaurant.

Stayed in no.32 due to weather conditions. Easy access through back which was vital due to weather. Apartment very cosy, warm and comfortable and cleverly laid out. Pint of milk in fridge and choice of teas/ coffees very welcome!

No sea view in this second apartment but we knew that was going to be the case.
