All of the things we liked about Torview made this a very special family vacation.
Torview is a beautiful, spacious home surrounded by breathtaking views. Arran was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She provided us with all needed amenities and supplies including food, treats, wine and plenty of firewood for the lovely fireplace. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking amazing accommodations!

Perfect family weekend
Beautiful house in great location. Lovely walks. Takes just over an hour to walk into people on the old railway tracks. The house is very well stocked. There is every item in the kitchen you could need. Clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms. Lovely hosts. We’ll definitely be back.

Family wedding
The location was excellent for my son's wedding at Neidpath castle. The walks to/from the housre were stunning, with an easy walk to Peebles only 1.5hrs away. The property and the host were wonderful, a lovely family home with everything you could want. We even had a few welcome supplies on arrival, shortbread, wine.z Definitely worth a second visit.
Everyrhing you need in a house is supplied, even though we were adivsed to bring certain things.

Family Friendly Locatuon
Everything! This is a superb property in a fantastic location. 10 minutes from Peebles. Perfect at night for star gazing, great for walking the dogs and some fly fishing. 6 double rooms with en-suite and 2 extra bathrooms. Large family living room with the open fire was brilliant allowing us all to relax together. Family open plan kitchen/diner is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. There is a large cloakroom for coats, boots etc. My personal favourite was late night walks up the lane enjoying a clear sky to look at the stars with zero light pollution. The lane has a few other properties along it but traffic and other people is something you rarely see. The owners of the property live next door and are lovely hosts, we had a wonderful 4 night stay and wish we’d booked the week!
