This apartment is just lovely! We spent Christmas here, and it was so homely, comfortable and cosy. The hosts were so helpful, kind and always at hand for any questions or queries. We will definitely be staying at this accommodation again
There was an issue with the washing machine, however as soon as I contacted the host the issue was resolved immediately, with a tradesman attending that same day and the washing machine was completely repaired

I liked how it was not far away from main shops and shor5 journey into the city.
It was fairly quiet so no problem.
Would go back.
Doors did not open close properly in the property And locks also the smell of smoke coming from flat below. Also the smell from the drains was bad when you ran the water.

The beds were very comfortable. The place was clean. Very quiet area. Staff were very helpful during my communication with them.
Very old building and it keeps no heat in. Found it to be very cold with heating on all day. They cooker was old and the pans too new so took forever to cook on. Very bad draught coming in the door to apartment.

After the small hiccups at the start, our stay was really lovely. The property was clean, comfortable, and felt homely once we settled in. The maintenance man was quick to help and very friendly. The TV with Netflix and Prime was great for evenings, and it was fully equipped with all the essentials like toilet roll, bin bags, and washing liquids — which was a nice touch.
The check-in instructions were only sent about an hour before arrival, which could be tricky after a long drive if you don’t have internet access. The heating also wasn’t working at first, but it was quickly sorted by a very friendly maintenance man. Only four beds were made up initially, and we later found the sofa bed bedding stored inside it. Just a few small hiccups at the start!

Me and my family travelled to Glasgow from Australia for a family catch up. We spent around 8 days at the property, it was close to family, shops and local transport which made our stay great very easy.

The location was ideal. We needed to get to the Hydro and it took us around 10 minutes. Everything that you will need for your stay is provided.
The smell of the flat was not pleasant, I guess because the flat is pet friendly, which is great for the pet lovers.

I love the fact that it’s very neat and the environment is very nice and quiet
The TV was not smart and we didn’t use it all through our stay and that was not nice at all.

Clean, comfy, modern but not tgd location we were forced into by booking. Com
Nothing to do with owners or agents, but taxi drivers, were having issues finding it.
We had no problem with accommodation, but the location was not our choice and forced upon us by booking. Com before we were due to arrive.
But... The property is very good, could not fault it, just a bit difficult to find at first
When contacted office, they were a great help. 👍👍👍
Too far out of way, but not a fault of owners or agency, a fault of booking. Com

All the rooms are very clean and bed so comfortable.
Nothing dislikes, but outside has no outdoor lights, and the other side has lights.

Not central so we could enjoy each others company in private and comfort
Door lock was confusing

Good basic facilites , everything you need is there. Apartment was very clean. Plenty of on street parking. Street very quiet. Responsive to messages (even over Christmas) . Comfortable beds
A few tweaks would make it more homely& comfortable - bedside lamp was a naked bulb(cover missing?) , pictures on walls could be better(I guess that’s taste!) , a radiator in the bathroom would be good

The location was perfect for us attending the ovo. The park at the end of the street was ideal for our dog.
The flat is bright and clean. Quite basic but fine.
The scaffolding all round the building including right outside our windows. The condition of the outside steps and garden is very poor. It would have nice to know this before arriving.

five of us and two dogs stayed in one of the first floor appartments, surprisingly specious and everything there you needed for our stay. Two separate bedrooms and the living room is separate room too with large double sofa bed so no issue with privacy when others get up for a cuppa or a midnight visit! Handy for getting into Glasgow and walking to music venue 'Bellahouston Park' which we did. Area was great, with cafe and shop just around the corner (cafe serves full scottish breakfast in a takeaway box which was perfect). Elder Park at bottom of the street for doggos to chase the squirrels. We had a great time and would definately stay again next time we come to Glasgow. Parking on the street was easy during the times we were there and getting in on arrival was easy peasy.
Nothing really - except they are currently building a new property next door (looks almost completed now) so there was a bit of gritty dust laying about on the floors and window sills which probably came in when we opened the windows (it was 25 degrees when we there!!) the building is quite close so may be a bit noisy during week days they were'nt working on it when we were there, the immediate was super quiet and street really pleasant.

We stayed here last year and it was OK. Pleasantly surprised this time. The apartment has had a make over, new bathroom , beds and floors. Paint etc. Very clean. We had the same downstairs apartment as last time. Would go back
Nitpicking but perhaps a side table by the couch

Vicinity to New Victoria Hospital
Property next door was having total rebuild so we went home a day earlier due to workers noise.plus school across the road.We intended to rest up on and stay that night but because of noise etc we went home a day earlier than expected. Today is 6 June and still have’nt got my £100 back . Poor communication from the apartment agents.Yet they want this feedback.

The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be by my partner in hospital (Epilepsy centre). The apartment was very clean. functional. Felt safe inside and around the area after past entry to the property - see below with issue into property. I stayed twice over a period of 2 weeks but if had not been due to location to the hospital, would have chosen somewhere else based on my dislikes.
The entry into the property was very off-putting - trolley's, piles of mud, rubbish pilled up. I realise this bit of land may not belong to the property but it could be screen off - looking out of the window down into other gardens, you can see such lovely examples of simple steps to make the outside garden area desirable as opposed to a rubbish dump! Tiles also all broken on entry to the property.
No cosy touches like coffee , tea etc.
