Absolutely lovely views and atmosphere

It was absolutely beautiful inside the cabin and perfectly set up! We were coming in from a long walk from St Andrews and to be welcomed by the lovely heated floors was superb! This was a surprise for my partners birthday and he thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we wish to come again for an extended period :)

The water coming out of the hot taps was extremely hot - perhaps there should be a warning about this?

Once again, this is an ideal place for a few days of relaxation.

Close to nature is the key. We had a stunning view of the sea from our cabin window.

Nothing but would suggest to install more hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Cosy cabin in a great location - St Andrew's 10 mins away, sea views and highland cows on site. Cabin had everything we needed for a night's stay and nicely decorated. Hosts were great at providing all info needed leading up to the stay

Perfect for a short break or working retreat

Cabin was well made with excellent insulation and underfloor heating. I was visiting in January and had ice, freezing fog, torrential rain and snow all in one week, but inside was always lovely and warm. Comfortable bed. The microwave is actually a combo oven with microwave/convection oven/grill, which was handy. Location was only a mile or two from St Andrews, with a Morrisons and M&S nearby for food. Good shower. All very clean. Will definitely consider for next time.

We were in number6 and Was immaculately clean, so homely , shower fab ! Bed so so comfy and the views are just beautiful , went for new year and had the best time . The toilet bit cold but the shower was powerful and hot. Once we got the hang of the heating it was lovely and warm and toasty . Just beautiful place

Fantastic location for a retreat with sea views

The location is fantastic, especially breakfast with a sea view! With St. Andrews nearby, everything you need is within a 10-minute drive, while the location itself is quiet and rural. The cabin is cosy and easy to heat with underfloor heating. It has a handy kitchenette with a combi-oven/microwave and a fridge/freezer.

For longer stays (we stayed for 5 nights), the amenities are a bit sparse, with only one tea towel for washing up, no towel for drying hands in the kitchenette and only two small bin bags. We also missed having somewhere to hang the large towels up to dry. The mattress springs were also clearly noticeable, but the bedding and such were perfectly fine. Apart from these minor details, we did not find anything that detracted from our stay.

A lovely, cosy cabin, in a stunning location

A cosy, but spacious, well-maintained cabin, in a great location. Views were stunning, and very close to the fairmont for any golf-fanatics. Staff were very speedy to reply to queries, and advised us for walking / taxis appropriately. Taxi was about £10 (each way) into St Andrews, but seemed to be plenty of buses. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone looking to visit St Andrews.

Stunning views with Highland Cows!

Stunning cabin with the most amazing views. Quiet area with Highland Cows in the neighbouring fields. The cabin has everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. Instant hot water for the showers. Beds extremely comfortable. Clear directions from the owners which were easy to follow. I like the self check in/out but I know some people may prefer to deal with checkin in person.

Only slight downside was cabin 7 Seaview partly obscured by a tree outside the living space window.

Idyllic !!

Tranquil and restful. Beautiful sun rises. All amenities available including electric charging. Perfect for nature break and we liked the idea of rewinding to encourage the natural fauna. If you golf there are choices of courses in the vicinity.

Magic, cabin and views are gorgeous, would stay there again.

Views were amazing, easy to get to, right on the water and the highland cows are right there next to you. Had everything you need, comfortable, super cute and unique. Nearby other cabins but still had privacy and didn’t hear others.

The only thing, which wasn’t unique to this property, was that it was quite hot at night. Opened the windows which helped a bit.

The host responded via email immediately on any queries I had. The room was excellent and the view was to die for. Loved the rustic feel. Saw the highland cows too. Room and bathroom very well facilitated. Very happy, wished I could stay longer .

Precisely the sort of experience that I had hoped for!!!

The cabins are part of a ‘rewilded’ farm that also serves as a wedding and reception venue; it is a spectacular setting, tucked between two golf courses, and leading down to the North Sea. The ten cabins are extremely modern and very utilitarian, and are set in a circle with wildflowers and tall grasses blowing in the breezes. It all adds up to a spectacular facility!!! It’s actually quite difficult to believe just how close to St. Andrews it actually is!!! The general impression is of a beautiful and remote wilderness, although no effort goes unexpended in order to make one’s stay very comfortable and memorable!!!

Beautiful setting and accommodation in a great location

We had a wonderful stay. the setting is absolutely beautiful and the accommodation was very well equipped. We will most definitely be back! Waking up to that incredible view and enjoying breakfast while taking it all in is a memory my 6year old will treasure. The information provided was spot on, and communication from the host was excellent throughout. We were genuinely sorry to leave. The Highland cows were amazing to see too
