Beautiful cosy lodges great for a family holiday.

A beautiful cosy lodge that we loved and couldn’t recommend highly enough! The lodge looks great from the outside and they’re situated in a way that keeps them feeling private. The interior is cosy with lots of homely touches. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are nicely finished and the beds comfortable. The lodges are dog friendly and there’s some beautiful walks straight from the site. Kay was a fabulous host! Very helpful on arrival and ready to offer help and advice on the area whenever needed. The whole experience was great and helped us have a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely return !

Superb

We had a lovely,relaxing New Years break. Great location for scenic walks,also within walking distance to town. Advice from Kay regarding walks,takeaways and restaurants was really helpful. Lodge was warm,cosy and clean,loved the Xmas tree and balcony lights. Kitchen very well equipped. We would love to return.

Comfortable chalet in peaceful location

Roomy and comfortable. Good kitchen equipment and very comfortable bed. Chalet heated up quickly. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Nice outlook to trees and river. Excellent location for easy walk to town and other longer walks

Well equipped, extremely welcoming and excellent location

The lodge was extremely well equipped with everything we needed - comfortable furnishings, kitchen equipment, entertainment etc - and the location was excellent for us and our dogs. There was adequate grassy areas for the dogs and the riverside walks were a short distance away and well worth exploring. Similarly it was a short walk to the town with various shops, bars and eateries. Overall an outstanding property and thoroughly recommended.

Kay and family were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Lodge was very cosy and homely.

Only improvement would be the wifi which was ok - not brilliant - but not terrible by any means

A few days in Blairgowrie

Great location close to the river and just a short walk into town. The cabins were also clean and comfortable and very cosy on cold mornings.

Supplying one cheap toilet roll was pretty mean, if it has to be only one why not make it double sized.

Calm and comfortable in a charming area of Perthshire

Beautiful location surrounded by trees and with the sound of the river running behind the lodge.

The main bedroom was small with sloping ceilings that cramped the space.

Nice, little cabins.

We liked everything. The cabin was comfortable, clean. It had everything. Very good size. Bed comfortable. We were even provided with BBQ and everything needed for that. It has small play area as well. Neighbours were quite. Nice view out of the window.

I liked everything. But If I really have to note anything, I think electric shower is a bit weak, but it doesn't really upset the stay. Water is hot enough, it's just not too powerful.

Idyllic stay, calm surroundings, super clean and well equipped areas

Great location, perfect for families (also with dog), very calm and quiet, idyllic with the sound of the river near by. Super friendly host helped me to organise my sons birthday and even found someone to bake an amazing birthday cake for him. Super clean and well organised, we really loved our stay.

Ericht Kodfe

Excellent location, quiet but close to for shops etc. Lots of nice walks which were detailed in laminates and explained to us by Kay who was very friendly and there to greet us and show us round the lodge. The Lodge was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We got the sun on our balcony all afternoon into evening which was a bonus.

A few basic condiments and a small jug of milk supplied. Have experienced better welcome starter packs for both humans and dogs.

Lovely peaceful place

Friendly staff, they even accommodated an early check in for us and were on hand for any queries. Lovely lodges in a peaceful setting but just a short walk into the amenities of Blairgowrie. We even saw a red squirrel in the tree opposite our lodge! Perfect for our family gathering and excellent value for money.

A real home from home for both us and our dog. Great location which was central for loads in the area. Great walks from the doorstep or a short drive if you're looking for something more demanding.

Could do with some baking trays in the kitchen...seems wasteful making up throw away ones with tinfoil.

Perfect for a cosy weekend road trip

An adorable place to stay with plenty of privacy. The property has a nice balance of being close to a town but also feeling like you’re in the countryside with plenty of trees and the sound of the river. We loved the cosy atmosphere in the cabin and found it very spacious for three adults.

Kay was very welcoming and the Lodge was lovely and clean, with a lovely welcome pack. The Lodge was in among the trees and though there was not really a view we were lucky to be able to see the birds feeding and a little red squirrel arrived at the feeders as well, which was a delight for my sister as she had never seen one.

Fabulous holiday lodge for a short break

Really enjoyed our stay at the Erich hoilday lodge . Lodge was lovely and comfortable, well equipped, clean and maybe around 5 minutes from the centre of Blairgowrie . The lodge is also very close to the river ( via a kinda backdoor path that we found ) and my family had great time building dens in the woods and swimming in the river . My booking was last minute and overall I hadn't really expected my family to have such a " comfortable " holiday for last miunte .... and to sum up the Ericht holiday lodge it really was a " comfortable " family holday . Woudl definitely go back .

A lovely extended family holiday in great accommodation in a beautiful Scottish location.

The setting was superb; the planting was well established, beautiful and lush and very carefully thought out - you felt you were in the countryside. It was a very relaxing environment. The river flowed behind the lodges we stayed in and it was only a short walk into the town( along the riverbank) to get essentials as this is self catering. It was a lovely walk along the river; you could get down to the edge and enjoy standing on the rocks. There was a small play area for the children attached to the lodges as a well as larger play area along the riverbank. We booked two lodges as we stayed as an extended family which worked very well. We were sent a guide of the area well before our stay so we could plan things to do in the locality. The host was very welcoming and took time to show us around and give us a few tips, eg for eating out. She let us know she could be easily contacted just in case. We had a lovely time here.
