The green surroundings, fresh breakfast rolls, quietness, and a warm shower. When you ask for a service the owner helps out, for example he solved the WiFi issue the day after.
I felt uncomfortable having to ask the owner for everything including tea for breakfast, warming food in their private kitchen, cats walking around in the eating area. No WiFi the first evening but it was sorted out the day after.

Thomas is a very nice and friendly host. The cats are also really nice and friendly. The heating sistem works very good and the room was warm.
The breakfast was pretty poor in choices, but otherwise ok. The room is extremely outdated and there was mold in the shower cabin. The towels were the same for the whole stay (4 days), and after the first two days they begin to smell. I suggest that next time they wash the towels more thoroughly. The old house has wooden floors and you hear all the neighbours. It is very important to make sure you had a car or some kind of transport because if you want to eat in the neighborhood it will be hard, and you will have to travel to the city center.
