Had a lovely stay, in a good location, easy to access and felt like a treat

It was in a great location and very rural which was lovely, spacious and comfortable

Only negative that isn’t really a negative just more preference was it was too hot even with the heating turned down

Amazing weekend break!

What an amazing weekend break!! The property was very clean. Beautifully laid out with plenty of space. Had everything you could ever need when staying away. The location is beautiful, surrounded by forestry which really made it feel a lot more relaxed and peaceful. Strongly recommend to anyone that’s considering a stay at this location to try it because the experience is amazing! You will definitely see me again soon 👍

Had the most relaxing weekaway

We loved the location and the lodge. The private hot tub was the best bit. The layout, decor and cleanliness was brilliant.

Booking.com have a number that is no longer in use so I couldn't ask questions beforehand such as if there was freezer space.

lovely location, the staff were brilliant! the one maintaince man was brilliant he came out at 10pm to try to fix the heating issue we had.

we had no heating the first night & the bathroom door was very hard to open with no locks either.

It was comfortable for a small get away and had necessities. However I do advise if you were to stay here, it should be

I liked the forest setting and comfort of the lodge. Hot tub was fully set up and ready on arrival.

The thermostat is broken (hanging off the wall) so we had no heating from before time of arrival till 11pm our first night. No condiments aka salt, pepper/ butter packets etc. No hand soap in the bathroom and site doesn’t inform you that you will need to bring these type of products with you considering the nearest shops aren’t in any local walking distance.

Location is lively. Hot tub is private and not overlooked. Accommodation is nicely set up.

A few more provisions in the kitchen would be good. you use a fork/bowl during cooking you have wash it up to eat with. Bigger towels or robes to use with the hot tub would be great.

Great location, very nice cabin.

Location in the woods.

There should be little soap, shampoo, and spare toilet paper (like you have in the hotel) - those little touches will make the guests feel more "special". Also few little sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper would be great addition. There are no rails to dry the towels after using the hot tub. The hot tub itself doesn't have the proper bubbles option, just gentle massage only. This should be specified on the facilities spec, as we were looking for the proper full options hot tub. Also there is a specific smell in the cabin that could be eliminated by using heating a bit more frequently and cleaning the carpets a bit more often. Except that we enjoyed the stay in such a beautiful place.

It wasn't 100% clean in the living room. By the settee there was doritos on the floor from previous guest also beer bottle top on floor. Other than that everything else was perfect

romantic get away.

very clean and tidy. it was really romantic, no Wi-Fi and out the way. amazing hot tub which is ready when you get there!

considering there was washing up liquid I’d of thought there would be hand soap in the toilet. more lighting around hot tub would be good but wasn’t a deal breaker.
