Poor. We paid nearly £900 for a place worth no more than half that

The actual location is good, and the hot tub is good, well maintained and easy to operate

Many, many issues. The facilities were virtually nonexistent, the hot water was very inconsistent, the oven was poor and the signage on it has disappeared, there was no shower tray mat and no grab handle, plus two towels per person for a whole week with a hot tub and no drying vacillates, nowhere to hang a coat up, no loo roll, no soap, no salt/pepper, no tea/coffee/milk for a ‘welcome’ drink, a room that looked like a mixture of a sauna and a storage cupboard, make it one or the other, and the place to park was clearly for another cabin and the building equipment in the other parking area was never used all week. The only redeemable points were the location itself and the hot tub.

lodge was aready open

whole lodge was very dirty, toilet had not been cleaned evidence of urine around Toilet seat, matresses very heavily stained. Area around Hot tub risk of health and safety trip or falls the artifical grass around the Hot Tub was not secure and very dirty, Had to buy cleaning products and clean the lodge before use, no broom hoover or mop available. clear evidence that no cleaning had been completed before we arrived. i will be making a formal complaint and have video evidence. for the money we paid this was very poor

Hot tub was great but fenced off area for it was in need of sprucing up. Location was good

Property tired and dark. Access road from reception to property was awful - very uneven steep gravel track in poor condition which could easily damage cars. Pervading musty smell in all wardrobes. Would not go back

Petfect little break away

spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was a real bonus and was used lots!

Although the location is tranquil you are quite a way from any amenities. it would be beneficial to add a small extra bathroom or WC upstairs - or at least a sink.

It was so relaxing, everyone was friendly, liked everything about it specially the hot tub. Nice place to get away. Will definitely be going back.

No WiFi in cabin, so couldn't watch netflix on TV, found it hard to use the hotspot.

It was a beautiful place, quiet and the lodge was warm and cosy, the hot tub was lovely and always kept warm.

There was a constant dampness smell. Kitchen utensil missing. No towels. No mop or broom to sweep or clean floor.

Summer holiday

Great as a base for going out and about in Pembrokeshire. Comfy beds. Nice and quiet. Tv wasn’t working when we got there. But was dealt with quickly.

We had a wonderful stay here, it’s perfect for a little piece and quiet with the added luxury of a hot tub to relax in! Can’t rate it highly enough

Very happy

Lovely and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen that we needed was available to us.

Would have been nice to be able to have cover over hot tub while in it as bits of tree and leaves fell in. (very windy during our stay)

The staff and the hot tub.

I understand it’s maybe a good thing to not have internet. But on a wet week in Wales in 2020 no internet is a big problem. There is also poor phone connection. It was expensive, no towels, damp, and a bit grim.
