Some issues but overall a quiet and pleasant stay close to Saundersfoot

Comfortable and well equipped kitchen area.

One window wouldn’t close properly and floors were grubby with some sticky surface areas. The caravan was away from main amenities but for us this wasn’t really an issue. Couldn’t work the tv easily and despite paying fur WiFi, couldn’t input code to use it.

Friendly face at reception, Lovely and clean, so far the cleanest static caravan I've ever stayed in. Perfect location. Quick drive to the beach and local amenities. We would definitely come back again.

The caravan was lovely and clean. Beautiful park but the only thing that was open on our arrival was reception and pool. No food or drinks until 5pm. Very disappointing.

Beautiful, peaceful caravan stay.

Caravan was spacious and had great facilities. The site was beautiful and well kept. It felt very peaceful. We didn't use the onside facilities such as the club or pool so couldn't comment.

Parking was an issue. Was advised there was a number we had to park but the numbers were missing and al over the place. There was only room was one space per caravan so very difficult. The bedding was clean but the actual pillows smelt of the caravan and could have done with a refreshing wash now and then.

Everything about this place was disappointing. The place is very run down old and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend booking here. It wasn’t a great arrival to the caravan no windows would close tight the place was covered in spiders and dirt. We had young children and their bedroom window wouldn’t shut. The fridge was stinking and rusted when I spoke to staff they just said it’s fine it’s just an older caravan which isn’t the correct answer when you’re paying tidy money for accommodation. This is possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. If your going to stay here don’t take part in the bingo or flyers your charged a fortune then the prize is £5 which is absurd. The swimming pool is stinking dirty I’m very surprised this place is even open to the public is horrendous.

Fantastic holiday

Our stay at Sunnyglen was amazing from start to finish, the location is peaceful and the caravans are exceptionally clean. The indoor pool was ideal for my son and grandson who used it every day. The staff were really friendly especially to my 5 year old grandson. Nothing was too much trouble.We will definitely be returning.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, there wasn’t enough trays for the oven. We only had 1 tray which was a little awkward as a family of 3 to sort food food out

The location of the park is excellent.

Single beds very small, teenager didn’t sleep well. The property was clean but the carpet smelt and was very dusty. Visited the entertainment a few times and it was closed, was about 9.45pm and said it was open till late

Did the job as a base but would find elsewhere in future or be more selective of which caravan to stay in.

Convenient distance to run to the beach or to drive out elsewhere. Layout good and plenty of storage especially in the bedrooms. Large fridge freezer. Coat hooks in hallway / doorway which is always missed in caravans!

Too close to other caravans. Noisy neighbours, including a fight at 3am, noisy at night as near entertainment. No parking outside caravan or able to pull in to pack up. Car park very small and awkward and it was not even busy. No recycling bins or poo bins near caravan just general waste. I had to pick up other dogs poos off the small grass area incase I stood in it.

Sunnyvale is a very well kept little Gem only a short bus hop away from the picturesque little town of Saundersfoot wher

They gave us the same caravan we had last time and the view is lovely from there, all clean bedding all presented nicely can’t fault the cleanliness.

I would be nitpicking trying to find something wrong it was very nice, oh the laundrette I think could have been a bit more reasonably priced but that’s it.

Great holiday park

The caravan was neat and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids club was amazing particularly the pirate man who really did a fantastic job and kept the kids entertained and having fun. The pool was really nice and I liked that they was a laundry on site which was very convenient.

On the day of leaving there was no power in our unit so there was no hot water which really dampened the experience at the end. We tried the out of office hours a number of times but there was no answer and by the time anyone got in we needed to check out. A bit more responsiveness and perhaps an hour later check out would be better.

The prices for drink and food were absolutely disgusting 1 pint 1 gin n tonic 2 diet cokes £21 can’t believe that’s a family club house…. We went down to the local pub for the same and cost £14…. Read the room don’t take the piss!

The beds and its covers. The utensils were ok but didn’t have whisk, scissors, the cheese grater was unusable as it was rusty and no wooden spoon or spatula. The plates were far too small. The bathroom was too small especially when going to the toilet.

Fobbed off with different accommodation.

Was given wrong accommodation, we were supposed to have a hot tub. Young rugby team hitting our windows in the night, waking our young children up, trash emptied over our lawn. Manager would not help with any of the issues, even though my husband is disabled. Did not offer us any concellation.
