Possibly the best holiday in Wales

Location was perfect, peaceful yet only about a mile from main road. Cottage had everything you need to cook and clean. Balcony perfect for breakfast.

Quiet perfection

Ideal location for getting in and out of Cardigan itself but so nicely tucked away that you don’t get any hustle and bustle at all. The cottage was everything we wanted simple, cosy, very clean and best of all quiet.

Great location and accomodation with plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Beautiful and secluded location without the busy traffic noise we experience at home. An amazing cottage with all we could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Only a short drive to some great beaches and amazing landscape. We went on a 1.5 hour trip around Cardigan Bay on the "Suncatcher" from New Quay and were lucky enough to see lots of dolphins at play.

The weather could have been better but that didn't detract from the holiday.

We particularly liked its country like location, very natural, very peaceful and farm animals nearby. Lovely unusual cottage and beds were so comfy and it had all the facilities we needed. Wonderful cottage, enjoyed.

For us, taking dogs, it would have been nice to have had an area fenced off to let them out… although there was plenty of area to walk!

Family time near Cardigan

Quiet and safe location. A comfortable and cosy cottage ideally located allowing us to visit local towns, villages and beaches. Owners were super friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed from the outset. From our raised decking area we just loved watching the horses and the cutest of pigs! Just a couple of cottages situated together in a quiet location...lovely walks around the cottage and lots of nature to enjoy. 10-20 minute drive to some STUNNING beaches. Can't fault this place...will definitely return soon.

Gorgeous, peaceful location, great place to base for southwest Wales travels. Tastefully decorated, and lush bathroom and kitchen. We just regretted not booking for longer!

A gem of a cottage

It was our second stay at Troedyrhiw Cottages and we are glad we stayed there again. The place is spotless with a very well equipped kitchen. The area is beautiful and secluded.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage with our family and our dog. Idyllic peaceful location, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable beds, all amenities available, lovely decked area in 3 bed, stable cottage, south facing, with stream below, host Rob was very helpful and polite.

Nothing we would stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway

Beautifully converted stone-built coach house in a idillic location surrounded by fields and trees. The raised terrace looking out towards the river was a real bonus which added another room to the property when the sun came out. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Rob was a friendly and helpful host as well - we will definitely be back!

The Coach House was a lovely cottage ideal for a couple with everything you could need and a balcony with views to the little stream and fields. Idyllic setting and do many wonderful things to visit on your doorstep.

Wonderful weekend with family

It was wonderful to share this beautiful place with our family as we celebrated our anniversary. We've been coming for many years so it was lovely to show our parents and siblings why we keep coming back here each year. As usual we had everything we needed, had a welcome from the hosts and continued to explore the local area.

Exceptional property located up a quiet lane ,perfect for any size party as there are a few houses of different sizes ours was for two people . Very well equipped comfortable house .Plenty of local beautiful beeches a short drive away as well as Cardigan a lovely town with supermarkets on the edge . A real bonus is the rare breed animals below our balcony outside seating area .Friendly owner who I feel sure would resolve any issues ,we had none .

Lovely week in Wales in a beautiful cottage.

Stayed in Oak Cottage. Very spacious. Well presented and maintained. In a lovely location - my 2 year old loved the playing area and enjoyed saying hello to the pigs sheep chickens and pony each morning. Excellent shower in the bathroom!

I should have checked if there was an enclosed outside space for the dogs. There was not but there were plenty of walks from the door
