Wonderfully peaceful, no noise and completely secluded.

Everything about our stay was brilliant! We got there quite late at night but was left completely alone to get on with our holiday. Above and beyond our expectations.

The shower drain has issues so the water ends up going all over the floor, this wasn't a huge hinderance to our stay as we were only there two nights we had enough towels to mop the water up but the property would benefit having this looked at.

Last year we stayed in 9 Snowdrop, which we really enjoyed….hence we chose to return….sadly

The lodge was sad,tired, terrible furniture ,old,sad and tattered. There was a lack of cutlery, wine glasses…. the staff kindly brought more to us. The bedrooms had nowhere to put clothes and the shower was flooding over onto floor. Outside the chairs were filthy,the decking needed a scrub or replaced & and the hot tub, with a sad table really didn’t thrill…I may add that a member of staff cleaned the chairs after asking

Peaceful family break away

Lovely has everything you need chalet was spotless and staff very helpful easy check in and check out very accommodating for dogs we originally booked for 3 nights and ended up booking for a extra night !! The hot tub was checked daily and staff always very helpful asking if we were enjoying our staff and if we had everything we needed will definitely be back both the bathroom with it's huge shower head and hot tub were great

Overall a nice quiet park, which welcomes pets.

The inside of the lodge was great, clean, towels laid out, everything for the stay.

The shower in the lodge flooded onto the bathroom floor, each time we showered we had to mop up water. It was extremely dirty around the jacuzzi, leaves everywhere, especially behind the jacuzzi, which then ended up in the jacuzzi, which in turn made it dirty and uncomfortable so we did not use it as much as we would like. It states no dogs allowed on their own in the lodge, however, as there was no gate on the lodge front or where the jacuzzi is located, it made it hard for us to enjoy the jacuzzi, although, while walking around the lodges this seems to be being amended and the lodges more secure for pets. There was no step up to the jacuzzi which made it difficult to get into, the picnic table was filthy and old. We never saw any staff while staying.

Wonderful peaceful relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay at the snowdrop lodge.. myself aged 56, daughter 36 and mother 80 loved the log cabin and hot tub.. It was a lovely surprise after reading some negative reviews which I really can’t understand… Our beds were super comfy Shower was great, no flooding Hot tub spotless and hot and very private Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again

A great break from the hustle and bustle.

Very peaceful location, a perfect place to de-stress but not a difficult last little distance from the main fuel carriage way, a very convenient location for exploring south Wales and getting away from the hustle and bustle. Also the Hot Tub was always fantastically warm and clean. On the last evening we got a visit from a local hedgehog.

A few more conveniences upon arrival would have been useful, no soap in the bathroom and luckily we bought our own tea bags and milk from home. Suggest bringing your own towels too.

Cosy, comfy and perfect

Beautiful lodge, easy to find and close to shops and amenities with beaches only 20 mins away. Hot tub was secluded, cabin was cosy and had everything needed. staff went out of their way to organise a planned surprise for my partners birthday with balloons

had all needed amenities, lovely picturesque location, really nicely furnished and built, hot tub was great although could have done with more lighting

bed wasn’t comfy, shower overflowed really bad and meant you had to block it all with towels, could have done with a few bits on arrival like toilet roll etc

TV not situated in a good possession to the sofa. And shower water was running out of shower onto bathroom floor. A gazebo to go over us in hot tub when raining would be ideal and a shelf maybe to place items?

I liked the location the most

The shower- it kept flooding we contacted the person he stated he would come and check and never did. Everytime we took a shower it would overflow. Door had a tiny gap at the bottom so would bring in a draft. The sink was dirty good thing I had brought my own cleaning products.

The lodge was easy to find and had everything we needed, was very comfortable and cosy!

Location was very good, close to Tenby and other beaches. The hot tub was clean and a good hot tub.

The hot tub could have been closer to the lodge or on the decking like the other lodges. There was also loose and cracked slabs on the way to the hot tub which was dangerous.
